This 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home is ideally located in the heart of Sombrero Beach and is an easy 7 minute walk to the beach itself. This home offers a private, heat optional pool surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds and is a perfect choice for a relaxing Keys vacation.

Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.

We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, be advised that exterior security cameras are installed on the premises. These cameras are located outside the home and monitor the exterior areas only (e. g. , driveway, front door, backyard). There are NO cameras inside the home.

Security cameras are strictly for security purposes and to ensure guest and property safety.

    Convenient location to Sombrero Beach, great walking area & convenient to shops. Plenty of parking for several cars and a boat trailer. Beautiful, spacious dock & pool with plenty of foliage and wildlife to enjoy. Charming house was clean, comfy beds & lots of towels and dishes. Our only complaint was the intermittent wifi. Definitely would stay again!

    Another successful family vacation and a week in Paradise! This was the first trip to the keys for my grandchildren and they loved it. They named the house the manatee house because of our little visitors we had in the evening time. The house was perfect and just as described. I have been coming down to the keys for 10yrs and this was by far one of my favorite houses. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us, a lot of memories were made the week!

    Easy check-in and out process. Good location on the canal. Recommend future renters bring your own towels. We were thankful we brought our own. House only includes a few older towels. All in all it’s a nice place to stay with family & friends.

    This house was a perfect fit for my family and friends during our Spring Break! The location was wonderful! We were walking distance to Sombrero Beach which we noticed would get very busy and difficult to find parking. It also has a Publix at the end of the road and a light to go out to the main road which was such a help with how bad traffic can be. The pool area was private and a beautiful landscape for family photos. We even had a daily visit from a local iguana which was fun to see! The property management was extremely friendly, attentive and quick to respond to any of our questions! Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. We had 4 adults and 3 children and this property was exactly what we hoped for!

    Great property, well managed, and we thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. Marathon is very much a fishing and boating village, so that is the primary attraction. I do wish the property offered something in the way of beach chairs and umbrella for trips to Sombrero Beach or Bahia Honda for those of us that flew in. Florida Keys Steak and Lobster and Sparky's Landing are restaurants to consider. Nor'easter Fishing charter was superb.
