We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

    the layout of the home was perfect for us. We loved the outdoor space and pool so much. We had a maintenance issue that was corrected quickly and great communication with the rental company. The air traffic was considerable on the weekend, something to be aware of when relaxing by the pool.

    House was amazing!!! We go to Marathon every year, but first time in this house and loved it. It has everything you need, super clean and super attentive host. The only thing the house is missing is an ice maker. Specially for boaters. Will definitely come back here next year

    This property is tucked deep into the canals, I’m not sure if that’s the reason it constantly smelled like sulfur outside the home. A few nights, it was so bad, it seeped into the bedrooms facing the canal. We have stayed in multiple homes on the water and have never had this issue. In addition, the master bedroom needs a serious deep cleaning. Vacuumed, carpets at least shampooed, but ideally removed. It was matted down and had multiple stains. Lastly, the check in process is a pain. You have to drive to the rental property managers office to pick up the keys. When you arrive late at night, it’s a major inconvenience. The woman who runs the management for this property was also passive aggressive in emails. This is the first time we weren’t able to check in immediately at the home. I emailed her for clarification and she responded with, “per the email, like it says, etc. this happened for both check in and check out clarification.

    We had a lovely week vacation at this house. We had a few minor issues (nothing that couldnt be handled by staff popping out). Beds were comfy. Kitchen was large and well supplied.

    Loved the pool area - wish the TV had been out there like we thought. Kitchen was well equipped. Note to mgmt: cleaning crew could do a better job making sure dishes are clean before putting them back in the cabinets, and also making sure towels are dry before folding and putting into cabinets. Note to owners: really need a Keurig coffee maker. Note to renters: do not use the microwave and the toaster at the same time. Master bed upstairs is really firm, pillows too, so bring your own pillows or try the other beds - we didn’t need them so can’t describe those. Location is great, close to tons of stuff to do. House stayed a very comfortable temperature easily. The recliner in the living room is ready to dispose, not really safe. The other living room furniture is serviceable and nice-looking but not particularly comfortable. TVs were easy to operate, no issues. Stove and exhaust fan were nice and easy to use. A number of the Christmas-style lights outside don’t work, but the others do and provide plenty of light. Very nice vibe with pool area decor. Didn’t try the hot tub. Pool was heated and felt great. Washer and dryer work well, but short people be aware that the controls on the dryer are really hard to reach without climbing up. Outdoor lights beside the garage door don’t work so Diner Dash had a hard time finding the right house. Take the trash out early in the morning on trash days, not the night before, or the Raccoons will get into it.
