We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

    Great house in a great neighborhood. Grounds, pool, tiki hut and dock well maintained. We boat and fish so it would be improved by having access to the dock extending into the cove. The dock provided to renters gets very shallow at low tide but it’s manageable. Biggest downside is the overbearing nature of communications on rules. 3 or 4 signs reminding you about eviction if you step foot on owners dock and constant threats to take your damage deposit if you mishandle things like garbage. I’m sure they have lots of “stories” but I expect to be treated as an adult.

    We arrived on a chilly Christmas Eve and found the pool warmed to bath water temperature for us. The view from the kitchen/living room and master bedroom is nothing short of amazing. Since we stayed during record cold temps, there was a slight problem with the heat in the master bedroom, but a heating tech came and fixed it within 10 minutes. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. My kids, who range in age from 19-9, loved everything about the house. My sister and her husband stayed as well—we liked that there was room to spread out when we needed space, but it was also easy to hang out in the main area and have family time. We loved walking to Sombrero Beach in the mornings. Barracuda Grill, La Niña, and Sunset Grill were our favorites.

    The location of this property is absolutely perfect - the view of the water is perfect, the dock was great for our 32' boat, and the pool was perfect for a dip. Inside the home was nicely renovated, and complete with all the comforts of home. We would recommend this property for anyone in the area - it was a bit pricey, but a great splurge for our group.

    The rental property, in its entirety, is amazing! The beds are comfy, the couches are comfy, and the poolside loungers are comfy. With a mixed group of family and friends, there were no complaints- and that says A LOT!!!!

    Wonderful property that is well furnished and has everything you can need to spend a delightful week in Marathon. Within walking distance of Sombrero beach and convenient to everything. Recommend Frank’s Grill for dinner and La Niña for Cuban take out. Turtle hospital is also worth a visit. We hope to be back to enjoy the screened porch with an awesome water view

    Our recent family vacation to the keys was fantastic! This house near Sombrero Beach was exactly as listed. Beautiful decor, open space for family games and gatherings, comfortable beds, clean, clean, clean inside and out. The walk to the beach was enough to get steps in but not far at all. We saw nurse sharks off the dock. Pool was refreshing and clean. Simply fantastic! We will stay again!

    Our stay was perfect. The house was in a perfect location to Sombrero reef. There was a small spot at the channel that was shallow enough for my son to practice snorkeling too. The house was perfect for our family and close enough to bike to Sombrero beach and Publix. I would recommend this house and plan on returning in the future.
