This beautiful home is located in the Rowandale community. Within minutes of the Oxford Square and the Ole Miss campus, you will have easy access everything. This is a very accommodating 5 Bedroom / 5.5 Bathroom home has 6 beds and including the living room sectional can comfortably sleep 13-14 people to meet your large group needs.

Rowandale offers multiple community pools, pickleball courts and beach volleyball. Also, there is free bus/transportation from Rowandale to the Square aswell as the Student Union on campus for hassle-free ballgame transportation.

The living room area is an open floor plan, allowing for the kitchen and dining area to be shared and functional for large groups. A separate granite bar/counter space in the living room is perfect for hosting or displaying food/beverages for guests, without giving up your kitchen area for meal-prep.
