My family has an bi-annual tradition of celebrating Thanksgiving on the Cape. This house was perfect. It was clean and well laid out. The hot tub was an added bonus. We would defiantly stay here again!
Great location, somewhat rural with privacy. The hot tub was a bonus, we used it every day, nice way to end a busy day walking on the numerous beaches, and exploring the nearby towns. The kitchen has top level appliances should you decide to cook in. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy, and they quickly addressed my texts, which were just questions. We had no issues with the house.
Exactly what we needed!
We really enjoyed the house. However, the house is very under-lit. Frankly, the living room is so dim in the evening that we found it difficult to read our books. The kitchen lighting is also inadequate. Additional lighting would be a huge upgrade. That said, the furniture was very comfortable and tasteful, the kitchen was very clean and well stocked with useful items. We really enjoyed our time there.
Such a beautiful home We all loved having charging stations in every room. Great view.
The house was very clean, kitchen fully ready for cooking, The layout can accomodate 2 families. The deck and view are great. The property manager was quickly responsive to communications, though the were no issues with the house. The National Seashore beaches were very close tp the house.
Despite a rocky checkin, property management company was extremely cooperative and helpful. Went well.
We had a lovely week at this quiet retreat in Truro. The location is in a quiet neighborhood close to the bay side. The home was very comfortable and the air conditioning was a wonderful bonus on warm nights. We also enjoyed the hot tub!
This was a getaway to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our two daughters and significant others and our new grand baby. The house was perfect for us with a great layout. We like to cook and the kitchen was roomy with good workspace and very well equipped with high quality utensils. The layout of the bedrooms was great for our group two of the bedrooms on the second floor were close to each other with one clearly suitable for children near a parents’ room. One of the other bedrooms was on the first floor and the other on a second floor with its own stairway and completely separate from the other bedrooms. Needless to say the hot tub was very welcomed on the cool spring nights. Location is in a quiet area where other houses are well spaced and offers a distant view of the bayside and is convenient to the ocean side. All in all very pleased.
Very Clean, bright and immaculate grounds. I enjoyed having my coffee outside with the resident bunny, just hatched baby birds, not the bee hive in the other bird house though. The beds are beyond comfortable. I am very picky and the mattresses are wonderful for guests. There is plenty of room to spread out. Not sure if the air worked in the master upstairs, but the rest of the house worked a little too well as we kept turning it down, my husband even testing the fireplace (worked great) when we arrived to a freezing cold home. The kitchen is spacious, bathrooms not too big, but plenty of them. My ONLY concern would be the home should be stocked with about 10 x's more towels. It screams luxury to have an abundance of towels, but screams the opposite to see two towels folded on the bed per bedroom, even masters. It's a cheap and easy fix. Other than that, we took our car to the 3 magnificent beaches minutes nearby, Cornhill, Ballston (some seals) and Longnook, my favorite which had tons of friendly seals, but I suggest for a long walk, to go left as all the way to the right is a nude beach. We also did a lot of dining (Lobster Pot was the best) and whale watching in and out of Providencetown just a short 12 minute drive away. We had a great short stay and I wouldn't have minded staying longer.
