Location was great, peaceful and quiet! House was very clean and had all of the items we needed. Had an electrical issue during our stay, but the owners were immediately responsive and resolved very quickly.

Everything was as advertised. It suited our needs perfectly. The only improvement would be in the AC. Thankfully it cooled off but had it been hot then I think the AC would have not been enough to really cool the house.

Just fantastic. Wonderful, wonderful spacious space. Very responsive and caring host.

The house had everything you could need for a vacation on the Cape. It was also very clean and very quiet. You cannot beat the location - just a few minutes to Provincetown and a few into Wellfleet.

Everything was as promised. Typical cape accommodation with excellent WiFi. Kitchen is a bit dated but didn’t lack essential equipment or cooking utensils. Beds were super comfy. And linens are provided and no need to scrub the place clean.

Debra was a perfect host... available when needed, and prompt in replies. the place is clean and super comfortable... all details clearly thought about. can't say enough about this wonderful vacation rental!

Debra’s place was great for a nice girls weekend getaway. We were down the street from the vineyard and only a ten minute drive to Ptown. Debra was very accommodating and the place was very clean! Would definitely stay here again!

This home was a perfect place to stay! Everything is very well represented in the description and photos, no surprises. And everyone else in the reviews is right, you will not know the owner is on site. I was skeptical at first but it was so quiet, you'd never know! Plus the added bonus of Debbie, the owner, being incredibly welcoming anyway! Some things I can confirm are that the AC works well, the beds were extremely comfortable and big, floors and surfaces were very clean, the outdoor shower is amazing, and water pressure is great everywhere. You are literally minutes from the beach and can catch the trolley to p-town right outside. It is truly a great place to be for a cape cod trip. Between the large kitchen, living, and outdoor patio, you feel like there is a lot of room. Our 1 year old certainly loved crawling around! We had family staying in a nearby resort so we could visit them easily and also had the privacy and tranquillity of this home to retreat to which worked out very well. The road is not busy, the back deck is peaceful and you can smell the ocean. Highly recommend staying here, you will not regret it!

Missing some of the described amenities, owners live in rental, very clean and comfortable

A little far from beach and restaurants, but close enough to Ptown. House was spotless, appliances and water pressure all terrific.

Our vacation stay was fantastic! The home was spotless and decorated with art from local artists. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed in the home to make meals and rest after long days out visiting the town. Our host was available and responsive and the location ideal. I would love to stay there again.

This clean, cozy home worked perfectly for our girls outing to Cape Cod! It was a short walk to a beautiful beach and conveniently located for driving to Provincetown, Wellfleet, and all the wonderful towns and beaches on the Cape. The host was very helpful and kind and made it super easy for us to check-in and out. I'd stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at Debra’s. She was the best host, flexible, kind and quick to answer! The house is a real home, cozy, nice and comfortable. Definitely our place if we come back to the Cape!

I cannot say enough about what a great stay we had in the Cape! In town to celebrate our daughter’s surprise engagement, which happened during our stay, Debra and Garth made this property the perfect little getaway for our family. The home is very well appointed - the beds and pillows were comfortable, the whole place was very clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything one might need to prepare the perfect meal. It was the perfect space for our party of four. Having the two bathrooms was perfect as we had event after event to get ready for while in town. Debra and her family live on site as well but you literally would never know it. I’m not even sure where they go in and out of the property because you feel very much like you have your own private cottage. As much as we love the property, it is Debra herself that takes it to another level. She is the BEST! She accommodated us in so many ways - accepting an early shipment which required cold storage (which she received, unpacked and stored properly for us), searching the place top to bottom for a lost piece of heirloom jewelry, to allowing us a very early check in due to a red eye flight arrival. A sweet note and gift waited for us upon arrival and Debra checked in several times to ensure we had everything we needed. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend this property!
