Over The Top is an understatement for this amazing property! The location is ideal. Definitely recommend renting the golf cart. Makes it so easy to get to the public beach access point. Pool is awesome as is the outdoor spaces with grills. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Another bonus - access to the community clubhouse which is nearby with tennis courts, community pool, and workout room. The balcony views of the ocean are a bonus too. I absolutely loved the high ceilings everywhere. No negatives at all - Bret



Over the Top is just as it sounds. It lives up to the name. Our second time staying here. Views are amazing, pool deck and lower level so much fun. Definitely recommend getting a golf cart, as the public beach access is not a close walk. You absolutely can't go wrong with this place (what am I doing, creating more demand to compete against. Our family ABSOLUTELY LOVED this BEAUTIFUL home! The LOCATION was PERFECT for going to the OUTLET SHOPS and GROCERY STORES and RESTAURANTS! We could see the BEAUTIFUL BLUE WATER and WHITE SAND from the house! LOVED having an elevator that was so quiet and smooth for my elderly parents. The pool with waterfalls was so nice to hear even though we didn’t go swimming or use the hot tub it was soothing to just hear the waterfalls. LOVED having access to the 6 person GO CART to ride to the short drive to the beach. Plenty of seating and room to get around in the home especially for elderly ones with walkers. We would LOVE to go back again. THANK YOU for making our trip a WONDERFUL one. -Tammy

Beach Access- Guests will enjoy their beach experience at the expansive public beach located by the restaurant The Crab Trap.

* Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book and occupy this property. No College/Student groups permitted.

*Weddings/Events – All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $750.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings. This home has public beach access. *Events for this home must obtain the separate permit through Okaloosa County in addition to the Beach Reunion event fee. *

*Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs, with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*

BEACH TOWELS: You will be provided with 12 high-quality beach towels for the duration of your stay with Beach Reunion at Over the Top.

*Additional Beach Chairs: 4 canvas beach chairs and 2 umbrellas are at the home for guest use. (Located on a stand outside the home, please return them to the stand when not in use and do not leave them at the beach)



Private Elevator- This home features a private elevator. This is an optional $250 fee to use during guests stays. Guests who opt out of the fee will not have the elevator for use during their stay. *Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY. *



Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses. Book your golf cart at BRLSV.com



Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.



VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!



Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.
