This property is exactly as advertised. Everything was excellent! Great location and beach accessibility. The pool is amazing! We enjoyed the stay.

The house was perfect for our family trip! We had 7 adults and 4 kids (ages 7-15), and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was great. House was clean, beds were comfortable, and everything that we needed for a week long stay was there! Pool was perfect, actually a little bigger than we thought it would be! Beach chairs, towels, and toys were great, especially the cart to pull it all…just across the street! Would highly recommend!!

The house is an incredible coastal beach vibe. Every room is thoughtfully planned to make everyone’s stay effortless and comfortable. As a group of 12, we had ample space to relax, play & enjoy. Every detail here has been thought of. Our hosts were excellent to communicate with, and very helpful with checking in and checking out. We will most certainly be back. The pool is perfect, the beach is right across the street - you can’t get any better! 10/10!

We had an amazing stay here. The location felt incredibly safe, which was a huge plus—you can easily walk to the beach and nearby spots, and there are plenty of crosswalks so getting around feels comfortable and stress-free.The home itself is absolutely stunning. It’s very open and spacious, but the bedrooms stay quiet and private, which made it easy to relax and recharge.The hosts were extremely helpful every step of the way and answered all of my questions quickly. The house truly felt like a home—it was fully stocked with everything we needed, from pots and pans to spices, plenty of towels, and just the right number of bathrooms for our group.We will be back again!

Nice location for home.

What a nice size home right across the street from the beach. It is a very spacious home with a game room, outdoor pool. A golf cart ride away is Lauderdale by the Sea, and the other direction Los Solas where some great food and shopping awaits you.The down side is the lack of maintance and keep up with the home. The lack of internet in the home. You can see the extenders. None of the TV's could maintain streaming nor cable as the signal would drop consistently. So if your a family that likes to watch some TV in the evenings or early mornings this house is not for you.There were 2 Masters. One upstairs which my husband and I took their was mold and mildew build up on the doors that would have led to the roof top lounge. Loved the shower but only one side gets hot water. We did not partake in the Jacuzzi tub.The 2nd was down stairs which my eldest daughter and her husband took. They had a window air conditioner, which was very noisy. Also on that same window the blinds were broke and you can see through. Made them very nervous. There shower had very little hot water.The first bathroom on the right had a foul smell when you took a shower. My 24 year old couldn't get a shower in there without gagging, so she shared a shower with her sister. The kitchen faucet was very loose and made it difficult to get hot water. Some of the coffee cups had chips in them.

The house is amazing. Our group had such a wonderful time there, whether it was group meals or meetings around the large dining room table, watching TV or just hanging out in the living room, making meals in the kitchen, sitting by the pool or all sitting on the beach. Outstanding in every way

We had a great stay at this property. The hosts were highly responsive and the property was as advertised. The proximity to the beach and downtown were both ideal. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay with a decent size group in Ft Lauderdale.

Spacious house in a great location. It is exactly as described and photos are 100% accurate. The place was exceptionally clean and ready for guests. The large pool is a plus for days when the surf is too rough or sargassum decides to show up. Our family group of 8 had a great time. We would certainly return.

Had the greatest stay and can’t speak highly enough about the house, host, communication, location, and ease. Exceeded expectations in every way and highly recommend this VRBO for any group or family that is looking for a knockout Ft. Lauderdale experience.

This was our third spring break in the Ft Lauderdale area and this was the best house yet. Very roomy for our group of four adults. Short walk to the beach. We spent a ton of time at the pool and really enjoyed the house in the evening. House had everything we needed and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Leo, the property manager, is fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. Overall, a great house!!

We had the most perfect vacation because of our stay at this perfect beach house! The house itself is beautiful. The location is unbeatable. It is steps from the sand. The pool is perfect. We spent many hours in it cooling off and playing with the kids. And the house has everything you need- including so many thoughtful finishing touches for people traveling in with airline luggage restrictions. And the beds are unbelievably comfortable! It truly was a dream vacation and we can’t thank you enough! We’re already looking forward to our stay next year.

Great property. Well represented in description. Both owner and property manager were very attentive. Took care of any additional needs. We had 4 adults 7 kids ages 5-15 and everyone had plenty of space. My wife(not a rental home fan) even enjoyed the house and stated she would stay again! Huge win! Thanks Doug and Leo!

Our family of 11 - 6 adults and 5 children under 10 had a fabulous stay. Besides the location being ideal - only a short walk to the beach - the house was perfect. The living space was super comfortable, the kitchen was great and the bonus of the heated pool, beach chairs and supplies were all excellent.Thank you to Ashley and Doug

Location was perfect, House was close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. The porperty was unique and large enough for our group of 9 with plenty of bedrooms and common areas.
