Outdoor Oasis! Phoenix-Area Family Escape

The property was just as described, and the check in process was so easy. Justin even allowed us an early check in, and was very prompt when we asked about the entry door... My only worry in renting the home was a few reviews last year of the beds being uncomfortable, Justin said they upgraded all the beds a few months ago, and yes the beds were all very nice and comfy! There were 8 of us, great place to have a family gathering!!

The house was in decent shape. Clean and enjoyable. The master bed was very hard but helped my back after golf. The weather did not cooperate but the house was nice and trip was great.

The best part of any get away is the company you keep. It was nice to have a space that accommodated our family with enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms were kept clean. That being said, the beds were not the most comfortable. The backyard was quite nice and bigger than it seemed in the pictures.

This was our first VRBO rental. Enjoyed the stay very much. Nice accommodations.

The house itself was fine. However the beds we like sleeping on cardboard and the hottub smelt of horrific BO. The house is great itself but they need to invest in new mattresses and deep cleaning the hottub.

Online pictures looked way nicer than the actual house. It also had a strong smell in the house.

The house is roomy and just as stated. Other than being stuffy inside the property was pleasant and close to shopping food and venue.

We rented the house for 8 but ended up with six people, which worked out better given that two of the beds were full and my two boys would have not been comfortable sharing a bed. We did not spent much time in the house since we were visiting my brother and spent most of the time at his house. However, the house is great if you plan to spent time in it. It’s nice and clean, bathrooms were nicely stocked. Although we used our own, they were stocked with large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer. It also had ironing board and iron. There was a game table for chess, checkers and cards. It included a small table for little kids, had several pool towels. The pool was clean. Kitchen included a coffee machine and coffee pods, among the kitchen appliances. Rooms had fans in addition to the AC. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The internet was slow but it might be the area because we didn’t have great reception using our own Verizon internet also. Stores and restaurants are close by. We were allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated. We had a question and owner responded quick. Will definitely use in the future.

My family and I had a great time! The house was very roomie. The pool was great! The bed in the master room needs to be more comfortable it was really firm and I wish they would have provided floats for the pool like other homes I’ve rented. But over all we had a great time and it was nice!

This is the second time we rent the house for summer. First time was perfect, that is why we decided to get it for a second time. This time wasnt as perfect. Both tvs didnt work, no internet and when there was signal Netflix didnt work at all even though I used my own account. The kitchen disposal didnt work. The vacuum didnt work at all, we tried to clean. They should leave us some kind of cleaning supply. And the last thing was when we arrived at 4pm the house wasnt ready. They were still cleaning. We had to wait for them to finish. But we left the house clean and washed all the towels, took all our trash and tried to vacuumed with the non working vacuum. Other than that, was almost perfect.

Nice house, it is just starting to show its age a little. There was a slight delay in getting in because the previous tenants had left a big mess for the cleaners to take care of.

Great house! As advertised. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our golf vacation. Owner very responsive. Will stay again.

Great place to stay for a concert. Close to state farm stadium. Justin was awesome to deal with. Would stay here again for sure.
