Outdoor Oasis, Dog-Friendly w/ Private Pool, Easy Beach & Bay Access!

My husband and I have stayed in a lot of Vrbo‘s, but this had to be the best ever. The property was extremely clean well appointed at everything you could think of and we took our little Maltese and she loved the screened in porch underneath the house while we swim in the pool, she could still see us perfect enclosure. The back porch was awesome. We sat there a lot drink or coffee watch the clouds and you could just see the ocean peak through that house was if I could give it 10 I would do it. We’ve already started talking about when we’ll come back. It was the perfect location and the cleanliness is what I was so excited about and the kitchen was so appointed so well everything was perfect.

Absolutely loved staying at the property! House was clean, comfortable and welcoming! Had wonderful on site amenities - pool & pool area were private and a perfect oasis. Also loved the balcony for outdoor dining and the screened in patio. Location was also wonderful - felt quiet, in a neighborhood, but still only a 5 min walk to the beach. Also easy to bike or drive into town! Our dogs had a wonderful time at the property as well! Communication with the Host was perfect and check-in/out was flawless. We cannot wait to return to St. George Island, and will definitely stay at the property again!

We had a great time and will be back! The house and pool were perfect for our family. The house was spotless on our arrival...with 2 littles, it can be hard to keep it that way, but any spills were easy to clean up with the hard surfaced floors.

Outdoor Oasis was LOVELY! The outdoor spaces are charming and easy to use and the kitchen is very well appointed! Lots of new appliances and cookware.

This house was absolutely perfect! The home was very clean, beautifully appointed, and had a lovely backyard oasis, and it is a comfortable walking distance from the beach. The property is very dog friendly, with a gate to enclose the back porch and a securely fenced backyard. The property management company was clear and responsive, providing all needed information to fully enjoy our stay with no worries.

It was perfect sized for the 2 of us. Great layout. Only a couple blocks to the beach, and the same to get to the bayside, which had the best spot to view the sunsets. The amenities were also really good. We had everything there for cooking, and baking. We made smoothies, and of course coffee. 😍. The backyard was phenomenal. Fire pit, pool (though too cold in January) a fenced back yard, rockers. I think this was the best yard we have had on the island, which was a bonus since we bring our dog. Forgotten Shores is such a great company. The staff is always helpful, friendly and they know the properties they manage. Any questions we have had, they can give answers from a first hand experience. (We had companies that didn’t have the first hand knowledge like FS). We liked the house and the staff so much, we booked again for next year. Highly recommend using them.

We absolutely loved the house and attention to detail with all the little “extras” like the swing in the backyard, the fire pit, and the floating corn hole set! The house was very clean overall, and we enjoyed the artsy extras like the totem and driftwood. My only recommendation would be to provide more bath towels and washcloths. We had I think 6 towels between 5 adults and I was never 100% who had used which towel so it made for frequent wash loads. But that is such a tiny complaint compared to the many other nice touches. The weather was beautiful our entire stay so I’d say my MOST favorite area was the back porch where we ate most of our meals. It was so relaxing for our much-needed family time.

It's tucked back and feels very, private yet only a short walk to the beach. The screened in area next to the pool, with the a beautiful driftwood wall, is a great area to get out of the sun, rain, etc. Driftwood on Pine has everything you need to enjoy your trip to one of the most special places on the planet.

Plenty of space with pretty well everything you could need. Only used one of the beds and it was perfectly comfortable. Pet friendly and a completely fenced yard made it perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was super clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies and has alot of storage throughout the home. The inside and outside was extremely comfortably. The location is quiet but close to beach and everything you may need

Every single amenity you could possibly need, is provided. The layout and decor in the home was open and inviting. Outside we felt like we were in our own private oasis. The huge fenced backyard is your own private pool paradise. The location provided us a quick and easy trip to the beach access. We also had fun riding the golf cart through the quiet neighborhood streets to explore the bay. The agency was easily accessible, and quick to respond, the one time I reached out about the sunshade for the pool. (Which had been taken down bc of the hurricane, not bc it was neglected to be hung). The homeowner was kind enough to stop by and hang the sunshade over the pool for us. We do not have a single negative thing to say about our wonderful vacation!!!!

The master bath didnt drain while shower was on. And even though the cover over the pool is nice, it keeps the water very cold. Other than that this place is amazing!!
