Outdoor Living in New Orleans | Heated Pool

This is an excellent property with tons of space for hosting a large group or family. Property owners/managers were communicative, friendly, and accommodating. All our friends who stayed for the long weekend would not stop raving about how amazing the house was.

Wonderful house! Very clean and spacious. Bedding was great. The area was a bit rough and I wouldn't reccomend walking around anywhere, but felt very safe and secure in the house.

This was the perfect house for our Annual Cousins Trip! We had more than enough space to not feel crowded but we also had the space to all gather together when we wanted. The pool was perfect in the New Orleans heat! The host were very responsive and communicative before and during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

This is a great house, the listing and pictures are accurate and the management was accessible and great to work with. They maximized every inch of this house, the back yard is awesome and our family enjoyed our stay! I highly recommend this house and will definitely stay here again.

House was big and beautiful and fit our family perfectly in 5 bedrooms, most with en suites. Pool and yard were a nice perk and well maintained. Hosts provided a list of local bars and restaurants in the area and were responsive to the couple minor issues we had during our stay. The only negative here was that it is on the edge of a not so great area. That said, we never felt unsafe in the house itself, or walking around the area during the day. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was a perfect fit for our family. The location was great, within walking distance to the trolly. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool was clean and warm. A few negatives, if you are a light sleeper, the location is on a busy street. Traffic was heavy all night. There was a lack of dressers or storage for luggage. Not all rooms have closets so storage for clothes or suitcases was lacking. We, Also did struggle with the gate code upon arrival. All in all, we would stay here again. The communication with the owners was great!

We called it “cosplaying as rich people.” The beds were comfortable, the pillows were down, the couches and chairs were immensely loungeable. The in-refrigerator filtered water was a huge plus, as was the IMMENSE number of cups, bowls, silverware so we didn’t have to wash dishes once. The pool was clean and lovely and the air conditioner slapped. The only hiccup we experienced were issues connecting to the speaker system on an iPhone, but it worked well with android. Checkout was a breeze. It was a gorgeous home, perfect for vacation.

The house was exactly as advertised and clean! Only a 5 minute Uber to Magazine street and maybe 10/15 minutes to Canal street! The pool area is amazing and you forget that you are even in NOLA. Perfect house for a group as there is space for everyone!
