Our Lake Life Cottage

Stayed here with friends for the long holiday weekend and we loved it! The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. Definitely will be booking here again next yr.

Our original VRBO was cancelled at the last minute due to flooding in the house. The owners of this house responded to my needs immediately, and were able to accommodate us last minute. The house was very clean, and well accommodating for my family of 5. Any questions I had were just about immediately answered. The location was perfect for just about all we did. I am thinking of using this house for a possible girl’s trip next year for a Put In Bay weekend! Very appreciative for all of their help and accommodations!

We had a very nice stay and accommodations in this hidden gem. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Easily handled our group 9. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels and small toiletries if you happen to forget some soap or shampoo. Very close to many places to eat and activities in the area. Would definitely consider this home if we are back in the area for softball tounaments.

Ashley was a gracious host and we loved our stay at Our Lake Life Cottage. The size and layout were perfect for two small families (we had 4 adults, two teens, and one little kid). The home was well stocked so we could cook our own meals and had plenty of towels and bedding. It was nice to have so many board game options too! We really appreciated the use of the garage and the folding chairs and pool noodles to bring to the beach! Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this place was great!! The location, size, and cleanliness was perfect.

The property was very nice and easy to get to. We had 11 people staying which was a tight squeeze but not uncomfortable. The only issue we had were with the squeaky floors, which were only an issue late at night. The check-in and checkout procedures were easy. Great place for a week at the lake!

Our Lake Life Cottage was clean and decorated/remodeled with attention to detail. There was enough space for the 10 of us. We loved that small bottles of shampoo and soap were provided, as was some toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dishwashing detergent. Use the back door for initial entry into the house. There were plenty of plates, cups, utensils and cookware provided. The beds and pillows were very comfortable with soft sheets. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels if needed. We were able to walk to downtown and the lake from the house in about 15 minutes. Visit the playground if you have children. Even our preteens enjoyed it. It was easy to drive to the different places that we visited from the house. The hosts responded to us quickly and handled it when we were dealing with an issue. We enjoyed our 4 day stay!

My family and I spent the 4th of July in Port Clinton. We did have some issues with the cottage but nothing that impacted our stay and nothing that we had to contact the owners about I simply let them know when we left of little things broken here and there. Overall everybody had a great time.

Very nice quiet home. Very comfortable.
