Our Comfortable Neighborhood Home

Nice quiet neighborhood. Very spacious home and super nice hosts. We had 6 adults in our group and had plenty of space.

Everything was as explained in description . Plenty of comfy beds to sleep and kitchen was well supplied!! Close to Penn State. Thank you

We liked the quite neighborhood and the proximity to the events we visited during our stay. The home was clean and well maintained. If someone said I wonder if they have.... all we had to do was open a few cupboard doors and there it was.

It was advertised as comfortable and really felt comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen. The Keurig was a delight for all our guests. Owner was friendly, responsive, and non-intrusive. Off-street parking for four cars was nice. Quiet. Loved having a thermostat in every room.

This is truly a comfortable family home in a lovely neighborhood! Very clean and well-stocked. The host lives next door and stopped by shortly after we arrived to welcome us and ask if we needed anything. There were plenty of supplies, like paper towels, toilet paper, k-cups, pantry staples etc. Even extra sheets and towels! We felt like family guests, not hotel guests who can't be trusted with any access to extras. We look forward to staying here again on our next vist to the State College area.

Booked an extended stay for a central PA fly fishing trip. Great house in a great neighborhood with a great host and hostess, convenient to everything we needed and to our multiple destinations. Felt like home.

Byran and Stacy have a great place, very roomy, exceptionally clean, well stocked with all your home needs. Great communication. I dont know where you can stay that's more reasonably price and comfortable.

We were in town for our daughter's graduation. This house was the perfect size and location for our family and the grandparents. The host was very responsive. The house had everything we needed. Would recommend!

The owner is a very nice guy. Lives next door. Always helped my guys when they needed help and took delivery for me.

Easy to use & laid out well

We had a wonderful weekend. Bryan was a great host - very welcoming and helpful. The home is a good location for a weekend at Penn State - easy drive into town and to the stadium. The back deck and backyard were perfect for a Friday night dinner with our Penn State students. And Bryan even has cornhole. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils and there were extra paper towels, trash bags, food storage items like baggies, tinfoil etc. We had access to the garage which was very helpful for us to organize all our tailgate supplies. Our group traveled from different states so we had 4 cars and there was ample space in the driveway for everyone to park. Would definitely stay here again.
