Stayed Jun 22, 2025House was in the most beautiful location - 5 star view of the ocean and sand dunes. However the house was a bit dirty with multiple things broken. A quite hefty linen and towel fee is charged which was disappointing due to the price of the house. These things did not take away from the stunning location which was why we booked it!

Reviewer Comments: A lovely home right on the beach overlooking ocean.everything there that you need, a huge modern kitchen/dining living room upstairs to make the most of the view. Could do with some TLC and also a good clean. floors, skirting boards, etc covered in dirt/dust. I found a child's pj's down the side of my bed, so obviously not a lot of care taken with cleaning. Loads of dishes/plates /cutlery etc but all quite dirty so required a clean before use.Also a lot of the light fittings not working - not sure if just need new bulbs.With a good clean and a bit of maintenance, this would be an outstanding holiday rental.

The house is in a great location and is true to the pictures shown. We are a family group of 10 and had plenty of room here. The house was clean and the kitchen was well equiped. We found Country Values to be very responsive and very helpful.

Best place in Lancelin overlooking the sea, literally only meters from the beach. Set in a quiet peaceful location at the end of the street.
