Osprey's View - Undoubtably one of the best views

The house looked lovely from the outside. The views of the ocean amazing. But some of the railing upstairs on the balcony was a bit wobbly and scary. It wasn't super clean. Very unhappy that we were unable to use the BBQ as it was full of ants, spoke with the property manager who told me she would send someone over to fix it and they never did. We could not put any food on any of the counters as the house was infested with ants. The kitchen bench tops the kitchen sink Next to the stove tops on the floor on the Carpet the ants were everywhere. . The description also said there would be a hammock and there wasn't. The house could do with a bug. Zapper as the flies never stopped coming in as soon as you open the doors. The house was in an amazing spot and the kids got to do a lot of swimming and fishing. I believe the price we paid for the 3 nights stay along with the cleaning fee ect was too high. We won't to return to Lancelin for another stay very soon but will be looking to stay somewhere else. I have sent a text to the property manager about our stay but haven't heard back from them yet. Thankyou

House was in the most beautiful location - 5 star view of the ocean and sand dunes. However the house was a bit dirty with multiple things broken. A quite hefty linen and towel fee is charged which was disappointing due to the price of the house. These things did not take away from the stunning location which was why we booked it!

Reviewer Comments: A lovely home right on the beach overlooking ocean.everything there that you need, a huge modern kitchen/dining living room upstairs to make the most of the view. Could do with some TLC and also a good clean. floors, skirting boards, etc covered in dirt/dust. I found a child's pj's down the side of my bed, so obviously not a lot of care taken with cleaning. Loads of dishes/plates /cutlery etc but all quite dirty so required a clean before use.Also a lot of the light fittings not working - not sure if just need new bulbs.With a good clean and a bit of maintenance, this would be an outstanding holiday rental.

We are a family group of 10 and had plenty of room here. The house was clean and the kitchen was well equiped. We found Country Values to be very responsive and very helpful.
