OSP202 - Be close to the beach, away from the bustle, and never worry about parking at this perfect family home is located in Point Pleasant Beach. It has everything you want and more including an amazing heated in-ground pool, relaxing sit in spa/kiddie pool, outdoor TV, and newer furniture! We are walking distance to downtown (Arnold Ave, Channel Drive, parks, church, and restaurants and 8-10 minute walk to the inlet/North side boardwalk. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOME, the owners live here during the school year. Available to rent mainly to families or small groups of friends (Must be 30 years old to rent) who are responsible, respectful and considerate of our house and nearby neighbors. 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, and WILL PROVIDE bedding, sheets, pillow cases and towels.
UPSTAIRS:
Bedroom 1: king sized bed with a large walk in closet/office, and master bathroom with a stand up shower
Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed with a large closet
Bedroom 3: 2 Full sized beds with a large closet
1 full bathroom with a tub in the hallway
DOWNSTAIRS:
Large movie theater sized living room with a brand new 82 Samsung TV
(1) bedroom with a pull-out two twin beds (not pictured, currently using it as a playroom.) and a full bathroom attached. Laundry room, pantry, large closet, and a half bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with the basic essentials.
Pack and play, bed railing and booster chair are available.
Plenty of space for parking: Garage, driveway and street (in front of our house ONLY)
Fenced in yard with a large heated pool and hot tub. Roku TV and grill are available. Home is protected by a natural gas standby Generac GENERATOR.

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
