Stayed Jul 12, 2025The property was fine. It met our needs. However, want you to know that the information on what to do with Trash, and Linens differ from your posted information and what the homeowner had posted on the refrigerator.Homeowner had posted to leave the sheets on and run and empty the dishwasher.You posted: Strip the bedsheets, and start dishwasher and leave.Also, I had inquired about trash removal from the home. Your staff (via text) said that there is NO trash service. While the homeowner posted that trash is picked up on Thursdays.While not a deal breaker, correct information would have been helpful.

Stayed Mar 27, 2025The location could not have been any better, including neighborhood boat ramp, dock, a few restaurant options, and proximity to the tournament launch marina via boat or car. Could not get the lights or outlets to work on the dock, but I'm sure that could be rectified with additional communication. Most of the towel rolls left in the bedrooms did not include washcloths, but we were able to look in the other bedrooms and find a few. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024Pros: Location community pool (smallish and warm), tennis court(very nice) and basketball court are across street. Lake beach is short walk and decent for lake beach. Community boat ramp is nice and in the back yard. Home's dock is about 60 yards away. Home was very clean and had everything needed. Cons: Beds were ok. No key to use advertised motorized boat lift. Seating in upstairs living area limited. That is the one next to kitchen.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024We stayed for a week during the hottest time of the summer! We brought our six grandchildren with us and they loved the lake, especially swimming and fishing off the dock. Lots of room for all of us, the property is perfect.
