Really there aren’t enough nice things to say about this property. The lower area underneath the house was where my three teenage boys spent a majority of their time playing ping-pong, throwing darts and enjoying the pool. The house was kept nice and cool and it had a lot of amenities for us to be able to enjoy multiple meals at the house while being able to take our stuff to the beach and come back and spend the afternoon by pool that was in the shade. The property owner had a lot of communal beach equipment that we were able to kind of take a lot of stuff to the beach. Would absolutely come back here again.

We loved our stay in Tybee Island. The house was beautiful, clean and so close to everything. It was an easy walk to the beach and the beach cart, chairs and umbrella at the house made it even better. We loved having the pool and there was more than enough room for our family. We would absolutely book this house again for another trip.

This was a great property for our family of 7 to stay in. Just a few blocks to the ocean in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. We loved Tybee Island and our visits into Savannah. The pool was a bonus! Thanks for the memories!

We absolutely loved our stay! Perfect house for a girls weekend to Tybee/Savannah. Most of our time was spent floating in the heated pool or relaxing out on the screened in porch. Quick and easy walk to the beach/local restaurants. Thomas was great to work with!

Very nice relaxing close to everything house. Only minor issue was i thi k the need to have some pkastic cups and plates. It was a little nervous taking glass to the pool.

Great house in a great location on Tybee Island! You can walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. House was very clean and offered lots of sleeping options. The heated pool was a highlight and our kids used it everyday during our stay! The host was easy to get a hold of and gave great details ahead of your visit so we really didn’t have to reach out during our stay.

This house was perfect for all of our needs and entertainment. It was very spacious for our group. Lots of essentials to a home, thoughtfully, included. The host is very responsive. The location was very convenient to everything, yet off the noisy main roadway. We enjoyed quiet mornings on the screened porch. Highly recommend.

The house was clean. Host was extremely helpful and responded almost immediately to all questions. The pool was great. House was perfect for our family with all ages of kids from toddlers to teenagers. Location was very good. Quick walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen. Downstairs rec area was a hit with the kids.

The house was perfect for our family! Having our own pool at the house was priceless for quick dips and family time. It was very clean and loved that it had a cover since we had a toddler. The proximity to the grocery store, beach access and restaurants was wonderful as well. Thomas was quick with his responses and could not have been more accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location and plenty of space for our family!

This house has large spaces for eating and gathering, both inside and on the screened porch, as well as the area underneath. The pool has morning and afternoon shade, making it enjoyable for the whole family without needing sunscreen every time. We appreciate the pool cover to ensure toddlers can’t wander in without adults. One of the four bedrooms is smaller and has almost no storage, but the other three are very spacious. We had a great week here with 3 generations.

The property presented exactly as advertised. Check in was easy and we loved sitting by the pool and swimming. We only visited the beach one day because the pool was so nice, secluded and clean. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for my family. We had four adults and two children under 5. The 3-year-old wanted to sleep in her own room and this property accommodated that perfectly. The property rules were easy to follow. We loved the pool/beach accessories that were available. One afternoon we played darts and other games in the ground level. I think this would be a lovely place to return to in the fall/winter.

Highly recommend this home for family vacations. The games located in the first floor “garage” made for great memories shared amongst the family. The pool was great as well as the outdoor furniture. The large bedrooms were perfect for accommodating everyone. Will stay again!! 10/10!!

The house was great! Very spacious for 11 women! A short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend!! We all thoroughly enjoyed Tybee Island & Savannah was a short drive. We also luved Pirate Fest...what fun!!

We loved our stay here. The house is beautiful and spacious. There were 6 adults traveling (3 couples), so we had room to spare. We appreciated the screened-in porch for dining and lounging. The location is quiet but close to everything. Highly recommend!

Thomas was a great host and we had an amazing stay. The house was everything we had hoped for and more! Very clean and tons of amenities. Our stay made us eager to return!

Overall great experience! Would absolutely return to this location. One suggestion, trim the trees and bushes around the pool and maybe some more pool lounge chairs. Thank you!
