We had a great time in Kingsland. The house is beautiful and feels like home. The lakefront property is beautiful.

This was our third time to stay at this home, and like the previous visits, we really enjoyed our time here. The home is clean and well-furnished. The home sits on a very quiet street which makes it perfect for walks and bike rides with young children. The owners are very responsive to messages and easy to work with.

This property was perfect for our group. It was spacious with plenty of room and some privacy. It was on the water and we spent our early mornings on the beautiful green grass overlooking the lake. It was clean and well stocked. We would love to stay here again

Wonderful house. The layout is great. It is super hard to find 6 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. The back yard, dock and view are wonderful.

Six bedrooms, everyone has their own space. Plenty of room to cook, set out home made meals and enjoy each other. This is our favorite family gathering spot!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The location was perfect—within easy walking distance from where other family members were staying, which made getting together so convenient. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. My kids especially loved the upper deck, and the backyard was a fantastic spot for everyone to relax and hang out. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend it to others!

This property was perfect for our family get together. There were plenty of comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen with cooking essentials, and the AC kept us all cool. The backyard was a good size for some games and barbecuing, and the boat lift was a necessity. We look forward to planning our next trip!

The home is absolutely beautiful. Very nice and updated with a chill and comfy vibe. The location was perfect, the view is amazing. We loved that the boat lift was big enough for our boat and well maintained. We definitely would book again and have recommended to our friends. We actually have some friends who booked and will be staying soon and have others interested.

Very functional property!

The property is so pretty and the house is spacious. We had more than enough room, whether we were inside or out. The dock is great for fishing or hanging out. The porch is a wonderful place to visit or have a meal. The fenced yard was great for our dog. We did get her a life jacket cause she did want to jump right in the water! It's a quiet neighborhood but we did meet a neighbor and her dogs. Probably one of the best stocked houses we have been in. Plenty of towels and pillows. Lots of dishes, pots, bowls, etc. Guessing the ziplocks and spices might depend on who has left what, but there was tons of those along with coffee and other niceties. Not a problem because we brought our own, but there was no shampoo or soap in the shower. We were surprised just because more and more seem to be supplying that. I am only sharing so others are prepared; it's not a huge negative since there were so many great things we did love. They did supply enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish and clothing detergent, etc. The big kitchen was a great place to gather for eating and prepping meals. Plenty of seating in the family room for movies or just vegging. The rooms worked out great for us. One bedroom doesn't have a door, but that didn't bother us. Lots of beds and bathrooms. We could have had a lot more people and still be comfortable. It was a relaxing and enjoyable spring break!!

This is year #4 for us. We have absolutely no complaints. The best part is they allow us to have celebrations. We have a big family and lots of little ones. Everyone stayed entertained even when it rained. We will be back next year!

We had 3 families with us over the weekend. The house was very clean, well stocked and well maintained. We enjoyed the double decker deck with the kids fishing, the adults lounging and floating on rafts. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors. My absolute favorite was the kitchen size and waking up to the glistening water. The home owner was quick to respond to questions. She has everything set ups seamlessly. Best weekend of the summer
