This spectacular property has an open concept with a very large first floor. The chef's kitchen is a dream with all stainless-steel appliances and every amenity you would need to make an amazing meal. It features an oversized island which holds 5 people. This is a great spot to either havea bite to eat, help cook or just sit back and watch others cook while you enjoy a drink. The kitchen table is right next to the kitchen and can hold up to 8 people. The living area is spacious with 2 large leather couches and a TV. Just beyond the living area is a sunroom with 7-foot-tall windows which overlooks the back yard. from the sunroom there is a slider that leads to the back deck and a yard. On this floor you will also find a queen size bedroom and a full bathroom with a glass enclosed oversized shower.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms. There is a huge primary suite with a king size bed, sitting area with a couch and large walk-in closet. The master bedroom also has a spa like attached bathroom with marble counters, floor and shower. The second bedroom on this floor is also a king size bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom with a bath/shower on the second floor with a front-loading stackable washer and dryer. The bathtub is very useful when taking the kids home after a fun day in the sun at the beach.

The third floor has another full-size bathroom at the top of the stairs with a large glass enclosed shower. There is queen size bedroom with a bunkbed set. This floor also has a sitting area that has 2 large couches an oversized chair and TV. One of the couches is a queen-sized pull-out couch with an air mattress. There is a private deck on the third floor that you enter from the sitting area.

The basement has a Ping-Pong table, large TV and 2 couches. This is a space that many people don't even notice when they are in the house but once they do it becomes a favorite spot for watching movies and hanging out at night.
