Open Concept Home - Walking Distance to Long Sands Beach

Dad & daughter trip to relax and see fall foliage. Started to get a hotel room and decided on this house instead. So glad I did! It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. And easy walk to the beach and conveniently located for everything else we wanted to do. The owner was very gracious and quick to respond to communication. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The house was clean, open, and well stocked. Plenty of room for everyone and everything and a great location!

This is my third your staying in this house with a group of friends. The house is comfortable, clean, and very convenient. Ryan is an amazing host and very easy to work with. I look forward to renting from him again next year. Highly recommend.

We spent 5 nights in mid-October to visit with two of our kids.The house was perfect for us and the surfboards and bikes. We visit York frequently and will stay again.

This was a nice stay. The house was pretty clean, and there were some starter items there, like toilet paper and paper towels. We had to bring our own linens, towels, etc. For the price point, I personally felt that they should have been included. The house definitely needs some updating, but overall, it was a nice stay and it was quiet and relaxing. Close to the beach, food, and other activities that we wanted to do.

This was a great experience! The modern touch, location and price made it an affordable and relaxing vacation. Ample room and a very quiet neighborhood!

Had a wonderful stay with my family along with my sisters family (4 adults, 4 kids ages 1-8). House was exactly as described /pictured, and had the necessities for a week at the beach. We love this area so we’ll definitely be back!

Ryan’s home is perfect for any trip to York beach. It’s just a short walk to long sands and the location is perfect. The home is clean and very comfortable. This was our groups second year and can’t wait to rent the property again next year.

We loved the house. It has everything you need. It was especially perfect to travel with older parents. The queen bedroom downstairs was perfect for them. We stayed upstairs and our teens had the other room. It was a short walk to the beach! We utilized the beach cart to lug our stuff down and it worked perfectly. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. It is a little warm upstairs with the air on so I suggest a fan. There is one fan already there! We ordered linens from Cottage Linens and the process was very smooth.

House was an easy 10 min walk to long sands beach. 3 spacious bedrooms and large open kitchen/living room. We grilled and used the fire pit a few times. House was very close to neighbors but never was an issue and not unusual for the area. We had a great week. Only complaint is that the house was not very well cleaned when we checked in.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. There were 6 of us and it was plenty big enough and met all of our needs. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and other attractions. Kitchen and living area was a generous size. Beds were comfortable. Bringing our own sheets and towels was a bit inconvenient, but it wouldn't stop me from staying again. In fact, we'd definitely like to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone! Host responded very quickly to a question that I had.

The house was lovely, clean, quiet and in a beautiful setting. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed. I highly recommend it.
