Stayed Jun 14, 2024Incredibly well appointed and presented house in a great location. A short walk to the beach, restaurant and also the Arboretum. We enjoyed a very relaxing Winter seaside weekend.

Stayed Jan 14, 2023First time @ the property, very impressed. Outdoor seating at the back, looking out into the bush was great. Enjoyed the parade of native wildlife that came by. Easy beach access.

Stayed Jan 2, 2021Mostly new so all operational. Close to bush land so screens on all the windows were a godsend given the rain and flourishing spider population. Unexpected visit from an echidna on our first night was a bonus!

Stayed Jan 16, 2021We loved our time in the pretty perfect Pearl Beach. This house was great for 2 families as each side of the house had 2 bedrooms & own bathroom, then the communal living & kitchen area brought us altogether. A short walk to the beach, or up through the bush to the lookout kept us busy daily & a few short drives took us out for fabulous lunches to surrounding towns including Patonga & Terrigal. Be sure to check out the Arboretum at the end of the street & hire a BBQ boat at the beautiful Booker Bay for a day out on the water. This peaceful seaside town gets super busy on weekends but as this house was located down the back, it was a great location & the crowds did not bother us at all. We had everything we needed including a great time & lots of relaxing!
