Onyx House at The Gemma

All was wonderful . Perfect for our extended family.

Pool and hot tub were WONDERFUL (we never quite got the hang of how the heat worked, but that was probably just us being dense. It was very warm and the kids were thrilled). The whole house was stunning, and every one of our family members told me specifically that this was definitely their favorite place we have done our annual gathering!

The home was well kept, open floor plan with spacious lanai, upper level seating area for separate seating and relaxing. Elevator made it easier to off load luggage. It was suitable for our big family and my birthday dinner party. Enjoyed our stay.

This home is beautiful and had the right amount of space for my extended family to go for a beach visit. With the beach just steps away and a short walk to shops and eateries. I love how each room has their own bathroom which was great for the kids who spend a lot of time prepping as to not delay others. Two things to note, the towels and bedding was limited. For the amount of rooms there could've been more towels or blankets. There is a wash room for laundry. Also we couldn't get the hot tub to work. Even after messaging the host who said they would start remotely, it still didn't work. Overall we would book again.

We had a family reunion with 10 adults and one 11 year old, and stayed for 5 nights. The house was amazing and probably even better in person than the photos show. The house design is beautifully thought out with travelers in mind and plenty of space. The open area was huge with ample room for lounging and eating. It was nice having a bathroom in each bedroom to give everyone privacy space. The bedrooms were large and layed out well. The outdoor space was wonderful. I was concerned the pool would be a little small for our size group but we were fine even with everyone playing pool volleyball! The beautiful quiet beach was right around the corner and close enough to walk to the more active part of the beach, and it was within easy walking distance to the shops. The property management team responded quickly and even sent extra garbage bags mid-stay without me even asking! I can’t say enough good things about this place and would highly recommend it for any large group.

The home was well suited to our multi-generational family. The beach is a short walk down a quiet street. Our family spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool when we weren't at the beach. The gathering spaces were large enough to accommodate us all, and there were plenty of cozier places to curl up with a book. We appreciated the location close to restaurants, bars, and stores, yet out of the way of busy traffic.

We recently stayed at this property with three families, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space while still allowing us to gather together comfortably. The layout was ideal for multiple families, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The location was unbeatable—just steps away from the beach! We loved being able to stroll over to the sand without any hassle. It was also incredibly convenient to access all the fantastic restaurants and shops that Clearwater Beach has to offer. We rarely needed to use our car! The hosts clearly put thought into making this a welcoming and comfortable rental. From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy bedrooms, everything exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone traveling with a larger group or multiple families. Thank you for an amazing vacation experience!

We made a last minute vacation plan and were so lucky to find this house. Everything is new, the kids loved the private pool, and its steps away from the beach. The house came with an umbrella, chairs, and wagon which we took to the beach everyday. The house was quiet and well built and very relaxing. We will be back.
