Only Two Weeks Left! Spacious Home Walking Distance to the Beach!

We stayed here during the last week of summer. The house was clean and just like the pictures. We enjoyed the spacious living area and the deck out back. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. We would absolutely rent here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed, including plenty of linens. The house is within walking distance to Scarborough Beach and the owner was very easy to work with. Thank you for making our stay in Rhode Island delightful.

We had a great vacation. The house location was convenient and had many thoughtful amenities. There was plenty of space for our family and easy communication with our host.

Very much enjoyed our extended family vacation home. No surprises, the house was just as presented online. Half mile walk to the beach was awesome. Very roomy 5-bedroom three-bathroom home. We bought two beach passes but honestly not really necessary as the beach parking for out of state was $12 during the week per day and $14 on Sunday. Very nice quiet neighborhood, we really enjoyed the deck. We had one small issue, but the property manager got right back to us. Very much recommend this property!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unexpected welcome package was appreciated. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for the week. We had plenty of space in all common areas and especially appreciated all of the outdoor seating on the deck as we had the other half of our large group over on the last evening. Now if we could only find 2 adjacent houses to accommodate our clan of 16 adults which would be better than 2 houses in same neighborhood but on different streets.

The house was exactly as described, not set up for a lot of home cooking, and also the property needs some TLC, but location is excellent and it’s a great neighborhood. Sophia was easy to reach and responded immediately! We would absolutely stay there again.

The property was just as the listing describes and more. Our family enjoyed our week very much. The house has everything you need and the games in the garage are a nice bonus for children (and adults). Location is central to everything you need: beach, restaurants, shopping and the ferry. Hosts are quick to respond to a text or email if needed. Would gladly stay here again.

Only 2 complaints. The deck is peeking so we tracked paint chips in often. We didn’t find a vacuum. That would have been helpful.
