Mike was a great host, very helpful and attentive. The house was beautiful and exceptionally clean. It is located so close to the pier which was great in the evenings, but is also very private and the beach access wasn’t too crowded. Overall the perfect set-up. The views of the ocean from the house are lovely, and the top deck had a nice breeze in the evenings. The house has an extra sitting room on the first level that is great for kids and was a great movie room. The outdoor shower made coming home from the beach a breeze. I could go on and on about how great this property is for family vacations. You can tell the owners really love the house and care that you have a great time. We had a perfect week and will be back!!

Owners of the house were fantastic and provided amazing recommendations throughout Kure and Carolina Beach. The house was walking distance to the beach and many close restaurants!

Our family enjoyed another vacation the week of Memorial Day at this beautiful property. The house is perfect for multiple families and is within easy walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. The house was very clean, the kitchen well stocked for family meals, includes beach gear, and linens. The host is very responsive. We had a wonderful stay and plan to return.

We had such a great vacation at Kure Beach. This is the 2nd time renting this home, and we will definitely be back again! Plenty of seating in living room and kitchen. The five bedrooms are comfortable and roomy, 3 1/2 baths, also an outdoor shower. The kitchen was recently updated and has everything you would need to be able to cook and eat in. Two full size fridges and a mini fridge are helpful when you have a large family. Garage has room to store your bikes, chairs & fishing gear. Two porches are spacious and have lots of seating to enjoy the evenings. Short 2 block walk to beach which is never overcrowded when we visit, close to the pier that has an arcade & ice cream shop. Super close to Carolina Beach’s boardwalk & fair. Close to access to drive on the beach as well as the ferry to Southport. But probably the most enjoyed by our family is how close the park is- tennis courts & pickle ball, as well as a nearby disc golf course.

This was our family's 3rd year in a row to come for a vacation week and the house is better than ever with some nice upgrades in the kitchen and bath. Plenty of space, awesome views from the deck, easy access to the beach and restaurants, and great communication and service. Highly recommend!

We were fortunate to spend our third summer in this beautiful home. We don't feel it's just an income property, we feel like we're extended family being welcomed home. Mike communicates directly and often, answering all questions and providing lots of local information. This home is immaculate and beautifully furnished and equipped. The location is ideal. You couldn't ask for a more perfect vacation home or a more caring host.

We had a wonderful beach vacation the last week of May!! Our crew consisted of 3 families, including a baby and toddler. The location of the house was absolutely perfect! A very easy walk to the beach (my 3 yo granddaughter easily walked it), restaurants and pier. We walked to the restaurants several nights for dinner and ice cream. It was so nice not having to drive. The house is beautifully decorated and clean! We are regular beach house renters and usually I feel like I need to do my own cleaning upon arrival. Not in this case—the kitchen (and appliances), bathrooms, floors, linens, etc. were all very clean. The house is also very roomy—we had 7 adults and 2 children— and we all had plenty of space. Mike, the owner, gets 10 out of 10 stars! He was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The listing included a pack n play and my daughter (who has an 8 mo baby) wanted to make sure it would be at the house. I asked Mike a few days before our arrival and he immediately confirmed one would be available, and he also provided a high chair. Having these items available at the house was a big help for my daughter. The house is well stocked with everything you need. Linens were provided, the kitchen included all necessities, and included lots of beach chairs and umbrellas. This was our first visit to the Kure Beach area and we really enjoyed it. The beach is beautiful, wide and clean. Very relaxing and enjoyable. We definitely plan to return!

This was our 2nd consecutive year to stay at this house during the summer and it is perfect for our family. The location to the ocean, basketball, tennis courts, a convenience store, restaurants, and most importantly ice cream can't be beat. The house itself is spacious, beautiful, clean, and well equipped. We are definitely planning to come back next year!
