Welcome to Island Time! You just found Seaside House nestled in Sand Point, the ONLY Port-A neighborhood in-town with restaurant, bar, pool/hot tub, beach boardwalk and golf cart access. It really is the ONLY one, so no need to look any further.

Seaside House is a two bedroom and two bath beach home with a two car garage for guest use. It comfortably accommodates six guests on three queens. There's a queen in each of the two bedrooms plus a queen murphy bed in the living area. And up to two additional guests are welcome if you want to bring your own bedroll and pillows.

The home is in the Sand Point neighborhood with restaurant, bar, pool, hot tub, beach boardwalk and golf cart access. It's a SUPER SIMPLE stroll to the beach from the ONLY neighborhood like it in town! So if you're looking for the most affordable way to enjoy all Sand Point has to offer (and who wouldn't), Seaside House is definitely the place to be.

Oh! and speaking of Sand Point, the Sand Point neighborhood is in town at marker #9 on the beach next to The Beach Lodge. In fact you'll only be a mile from the downtown area. The neighborhood offers a relatively large private pool and hot tub area exclusive to Sand Point plus a VERY SHORT private boardwalk and path over the dunes. So there's no hiking or driving necessary from a home you just thought was going to be close to the beach. If you've ever stayed elsewhere you know what I'm talking about. But even if you don't have first hand experience in what I'm saying, why chance it Stay with us at Seaside House in Sand Point and here's another great reason why.

Sure most places have a coffee maker, and maybe a toaster but do they also have a blender, can opener, shrimp deveiner and remote controls that actually work And are they fully stocked with complete cookware, dinnerware, glassware and silverware along with complete bedding linens and towels for the number of guests the home accommodates, as well as brand name dish soap, laundry detergent, body wash, dishwashing detergent, coffee filters, trashbags, paper towels and high quality toilet paper all purchased by moms that care, for moms that care Seaside House has all this and more! So again, if you've stayed elsewhere, you know what I'm talking about. Try Seaside House for once and see how it works perfectly for your family too. We feel certain you'll be back again and again!

There's also a very popular restaurant and bar in the neighborhood just steps from the home. The Beach Lodge serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a casual setting right on the beach. In fact it's the only place in Port A to get a pot boil crab dinner and beer on the beach.

Additionally, we are THE PRIME LOCATION for SandFest which is an international sand sculpting competition held each year in April. It takes place right next to the Sand Point neighborhood's private boardwalk over the dunes. Where are you going to park Shuttle We don't need no stinkin' shuttle from across town. We're staying right next to SandFest at Seaside House in the Sand Point neighborhood with restaurant, bar, pool, hot tub and direct beach boardwalk access to fun!

Remember folks, Sand Point is the ONLY neighborhood in town with restaurant, bar, pool, hot tub, beach boardwalk and golf cart access. So lock in your dates before some other savvy family gets on the calendar ahead of you. We'd love to host your next trip to Port A!

Excellent place to stay in P.A. The place is great, ample, clean. We stay with our dog, it was perfect for her. You walk to the beach. You can't see it, but there is a restaurant there if you don't want to drive. Sandra and Matthew provide a professional and friendly service.

Nice little house. Short walk to the beach. Short walk to an open air restaurant right on the beach, which we liked also. Nice garage to keep your beach items (or a small car). Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

It was perfect for our stay. We were close to the beach but for enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The restaurant in the neighbor was so cute and we definitely order and took home due to kids being exhausted from the beach.

The whole stay in itself was pretty stressful because my dog ended up getting hurt on the beach, and we had to drive a hour to an emergency vet... but the house itself was extremely nice for the price. I felt safe. The neighbors were nice. It was a quick drive or walk to the beach and a very nice patio to relax on in the mornings. The company was extremely nice too, they made the check in process really easy.

The house is in a great location, within walking distance of the beach. We did rent a golf cart only because we had a lot of gear to haul to the beach. The accommodations were good. The kitchen accessories could use some updating but otherwise very doable for the little cooking done while we were there.

The house was nice and clean in a great neighborhood but we couldn’t lock the door from the inside. My husband went outside and put the code in to lock the door and I had to let him back in! Just never had this issue at any other property before.

Perfect little house to stay in and be comfortable. They met every detail that they explained in their description of what you get. I’m hoping to be able to book here again in the future

We had a great time staying at this property! Both our children and four small dogs travelled with us and there was room for everyone. The property comes well-equipped and despite the fact that our dates overlapped with spring break you wouldn't have noticed within the community as everyone complied with the rules and quiet time. The property is in a prime location with a short 3-4 minute walk to the beach loaded down with a wagon and beach gear. Great deck area to enjoy a relaxing sunrise/sunset with coffee! I also really appreciated having access to the garage area to securely store stuff during our trip and will probably bring my kayaks next time. The kids loved the pool and jacuzzi to relax in after a day at the beach. The property was also conveniently located near the downtown area so pretty much everything...dining, shopping, etc was a relatively short trip. The only thing that I would note as a minor inconvenience for us was that there were only two bedrooms. The extra beds were in the living room area which limited the privacy for those sleeping on those beds. Since we spent most of the day outside out the house this was never really an issue for us, but I could see where it might be with children or other travellers.

This was our first trip to Port Aransas and this was the perfect little house for our family of 4 and our 4 day stay. The house was exactly as described, easy to find, stocked with the essentials, and very clean with minimal check out clean up requirements. The subdivision pool and hot tub were nice and clean and mostly empty despite it being Spring Break. The beach is not accessible by golf cart, but not a far walk and there is beach access via golf cart about 3 streets down. All in all, a good house in a good location.

This is an older property with some wear. That being said it was in a nice area with a private boardwalk to the beach. I felt like it was a good value rental and had no major complaints. There were a few items that needed addressing and their maintenance staff were there to immediately address these issues.

Lovely little beach house that is a very easy walk to the beach. I misunderstood and thought there was a view of the beach. My bad! Easy 2 minute walk to the beach and then enjoy the pool on your way back. (Has an outdoor shower to rinse sand off with.) Our party included my very elderly Mother, my brother, and myself. They each had a bedroom and I slept on the Murphy bed in the main room. (It was so comfortable!) Matthew was so helpful and communicative. We will definitely be back!
