Stayed Apr 4, 2025This is a beautiful, spacious, clean, well-cared for property. We just completed a very relaxing month long stay at the property. Giuseppe and Patrizia were gracious and helpful hosts. There were several holidays during our stay and they gave us tips on what will be closed and open and to be sure to have reservations, etc. They could not have been more pleasant. The property is easily walkable to everything Santa Maria di Leuca has to offer. We could not have been more pleased. We highly recommend this home.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023we entered in a heat wave, guiseppe immediately offered the air conditioning, at a reasonable extra price. it is fairly new and very powerful which was essential at 40°C. the house is nice and has everything you need. we lived as a family of 5. the terrace was only useful later in the stay due to heat, but then it was lovely with a breeze and the grill. communication with Giuseppe and his wife was very friendly and they answered immediately to any request.

Stayed Sep 21, 2019Excellent experience. Clean, comfortable and spacious. There is no pool, but you are very close to the ocean. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance and an easy drive to beautiful beaches on both coasts. Property manager was attentive and helpful.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The perfect house for holidays. Very centrally located. Very well looked after by the family Ferilli. Beautiful surroundings. The terrace is excellente as a second living room. Parking available sometimes difficult, but we had a big car. We could imagine to make hare again holidays. Stayed Dec 31, 1969. The house is really big and very nice, close to the beach and the city center. Many restaurants and bars, excellent spaghetti with fresh seafood. Terrace nice, comfortable sofas and a barbecue. The bedroom was very fresh. Pleasant vacation in this house. Santa Maria di Leuca is a country with lots of sunshine and beautiful, the people are very friendly. Thank you, tell this to my friends holiday. Daniel Volkmer (Bon)
