Beautiful combinations everything we could ask for

The property was a little older, but it was nice. They went out of their way to make it welcoming and clean. There was a Homie feeling to it. I didn’t wanna leave. I hope that next year I can stay there again.

Petra and her sister Blanca were always helpful and responsive. We particularly liked the private patio and ate dinner there every evening. The kitchen worked well and the other spaces were comfortable, too. Having a carport was great in a place as hot as Yuma.

This was absolutely the best It was clean exactly as advertised. Grounds are beautiful well maintained had our own little patio It was excellent can't thank you enough the hosts were wonderful

Located in quiet area. Older unit but clean. Sofas and king bed need to be updated just because they felt worn when sitting on couch or sleeping on king mattress. Communication upon check-in was quick. NoLocal channels but they had Smart TV so we could stream on our own account.

The unit smelled of cigarette smoke, mold in bath tubs, cigarette burned bath countertops, crack webbed bathroom sinks, terrible old mattresses, light switch inop in rear bedroom, bedding old and thin, and the host actually lives in Los Vegas not Yuma! Outside trash cans full of smelly dirty diapers and trash! Potholed street ( driveway) still trying to get my refund I did not stay in this property I had to find a hotel in Winterhaven, California!

The house was clean, and it was stocked with everything we needed. Nice green commons area was pleasant to see. We enjoyed our stay; thank you!!

We were centrally located near all restaurants shops and fun adventures. The owner was so helpful and on top of any questions I had! The place was spotless a/c perfect and the pool was paradise! I would definitely stay again!

A bit tired could use a bit of refresh. When I first booked the property the picture showed a walk in shower in on of the bathrooms, not so. I went to Walmart to purchase a tub mat, the tub was very slippery and no grab bars, I’m 78. Overall the property was comfortable and spacious , when family came to visit. The common grounds were well kept , but the pool was not very clean, pool furniture was scarce and the hot tub was nasty, but I’m sure that is an HOA issue .

Had a nice stay , had issues with door code but Blanca sorted that out straight away, the tv didn’t work but Blanca figured that out too, it was okay the place could do with some updates and lots of crumbs etc but overall was a decent place and would stay again the hosts are wonderful

Perfect location. Each br had its own bathroom which made it great for us. Wish the weather had been warmer so we could have tried the pool. Hope to stay here if we come back to Yuma. Thank you

Somewhat tired looking, both bathrooms could use new sinks and countertops. Although liked that both bedrooms had ensuites. Beds very comfortable. Patio & outdoor table & chairs could use a sprucing up. Great communication with the owner. ok value for the money.

Top rate experience and facility

We were in Yuma for 4 days visiting family and this condo was a nice and comfortable place to stay. It was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed like sheets and towels, kitchen utensils etc. The complex had a beautiful pool with huge palm trees and grapefruit trees, and was in a nice quiet area. The only hiccup was at check-in. I was told that someone would meet me, but they didn’t show…and then the code I was sent didn’t work. After some messaging back and forth we were in, though, so it wasn’t too much of an issue. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
