One Panama is a restored 1920s two-bedroom Californian bungalow, situated on a large quarter acre section with a bachy feel, & all within a two-minute walk to Martinborough's boutique shops, cafes and restaurants.
All linen and towels are provided. The cottage is serviced by professional cleaners for each stay, and all linen is washed and ironed by our long-time laundry partner in Wairarapa.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Nice quiet neighborhood. Walkable to all wineries in region as well as into town. Perfect for a girls or couples getaway.

Stayed May 1, 2025We had a lovely stay here. Property is lovely, very well looked after and in a great location super convenient to the town square. It was also really nice to be able to have our golden retriever stay with us. Communication and info from property owner was fantastic. We’ll definitely be staying again.

Stayed Oct 9, 2023Fabulous 1900s villa. Warm and cosy qith everything you need for a great visit to Martinborough. Bikes provided for a cycle to fabulous local vineyards and walkable to restaurants and shops in Martinborough Union Square. Highly recommend?

Stayed Jul 14, 2023A great house with everything you need and it was nice to have the basics for breakfast. Very handy. Great fireplace for the colder months. We walked to town and around every day, but it’s just far enough to not get traffic noise. Great for a family.
