ONE of a KIND OCEANFRONT, SWEEPING Views, 9 beds/8+baths CINEMA, GAME ROOM

Unfortunately, I was not able to stay, just my staff but they informed me they had an excellent stay.

The property is so nice in that it's big enough to comfortably house our whole group of 17. Fantastic views of the ocean. The area contact for Together Resorts was really helpful in solving a few things for us, and to that we are really grateful.

Liked everything except poor access to the beach. There is no access from this property to the beach.

Location and size was great. The house is needing some TLC as it is showing ware and tear. Beach access was not convenient nor easy. Fireplaces and some tv's didn't work. Disappointed that we did not have access to the main floor master (the nicest bedroom and view). Wonderful views, great access to the highway, and enough space to spread out for our family.

Property was great. My only suggestion is to improve the access to the beach from the property.

My wife and her siblings and most of their spouses were there (17 people total).Very enjoyable time, very adequate accommodations, the house showing its age a bit. Great view of the ocean, for older people access to beach a little difficult, weather absolutely gorgeous!Would do it again!

Beautiful home! I wish they would put some money back into the property. Such a beautiful home to not repair things that are broken or not working. And there are a lot of things broken or not working. Also this home is not stocked well at all, so bring everything. Including toilet paper. We had to go out and purchase quite a bit of items for our stay that we were not expecting. We did not let these things upset our time. We had an amazing time but we did book a different home for 2025 Xmas

There was plenty of space for our large family gathering. We loved the movie room and the views were incredible!

House was very clean and perfect for teens and adults. Only small critique is the garbages were already all full and the hot tub seemed like it may have needed a little more chlorine. We would definitely stay here again!

The size of the house was fantastic with lots of space available for our large party. Unfortunately one of the best rooms in the house facing the beach was locked and had a refrigerator blocking it?? Bare minimum essential items were provided including toilet paper and 3 trash bags and we quickly ran out on Thanksgiving night. Beach access is challenging requiring scaling slippery rocks and older members of our group were not able to easily get to the beach. Very unfortunate. Would have been nice to have a book providing details about the area including the closest beach access with stairs or other helpful info about the area. This is our 4th year on the Coast for Thanksgiving and with so many options I would probably not book again.

We are a family of 9 siblings - all over 60 - with spouses. Most couples had a private attached bedroom/bathroom. There were good gathering spaces also. We had great views of the ocean for those who were less mobile and close easy access to the beach for those that wanted to venture down. The theater room was a hit for watching football games. The host was responsive to our requests. Loved it!

Wonderful property. Very easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again. Our family loved it.

The home provided the perfect amount of separation of space. Loved the amenities - Theatre room, pool table and hot tub.

The property had great common spaces for hosting our family reunion. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets over the ocean each night from the deck and main level of the house. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook and serve food for our family of 14 people. There is a nice pool table, a hot tub, and entertainment room. The bedrooms are comfortable but the floor plan has some oddities. To access one of the bedrooms, you need to walk through the master bedroom and bathroom. Another bedroom is not near a shower. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the house had not been cleaned. We were initially told that it would take five hours to clean the house -- so we had to go out to dinner the first night rather than cooking at home. The management company did work hard to correct the mistake and got a cleaning crew in quickly. We were able to access the house 2 1/2 hours after scheduled. Although the management company indicated a willingness to refund some of our money, that has not happened yet.

Awesome property! Before making reservations, I asked about wheelchair access. I was told yes! After making the reservation and paying the deposit, I was sent an email advising me that I would need to rent a wheelchair ramp from the local medical supply. Upon entry to the house there was one bedroom wheelchair friendly, and no wheelchair access to any of the restrooms! I/we feel this is something that should not happen to anyone! I am making a formal request that a portion of our payment be refunded for the extreme inconvenience.

Fifteen family members in a beach house for a week made memories for us all as we celebrated Mom and Dad's 50th Anniversary with all the kids and grands. Hide and seek, movie nights in the theater room, quiet reading times, beach tag, pool and foosball, the Aquarium and sea lions in Newport, and meals together were made special in this big house. Each family had their own space, and the common areas were perfectly shared. Thanks for the experience.

Lots of space to spread out! The maintenance man was very quick to address any questions we had, excellent to work with. The beach access is a few houses away which made for peaceful strolls and fresh air! The houses location makes it ideal to travel north to Tillamook or south to Newport if sightseeing is on your agenda. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great place, perfect for our large family, we werent on top of each other, we all had our own spaces if we needed it!
