This home was perfect for our family of 15. The home is large with plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for a large group. The location/lot simply cannot be beat. We've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, but this one met our needs/wants better than any of the others. Kel was wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay there again.

Very nice stay but THE most important issue that needs to be resolved is the horrible water. When taking a shower or brushing teeth the smell of the water was nauseating. This really put a damper on the stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone until a water filtration system is installed.

Kel's home truly is one of a kind. Everyone in our group ranging in ages from 7 months old to 60 years old had a great time and there were plenty of beds, so everyone slept in a real bed. There is plenty of room to spread out and there are areas large enough for everyone to eat and play games. Kel was a great communicator before and during the trip. We enjoyed days at the beach, as well as, the lagoon area. Porpoises visited daily on the lagoon side. We have rented a lot of houses for our group on VRBO and this house had so many restrooms in addition to the outdoor showers, so plenty of optoins for everyone.

House is superb, location was excellent. Only area of concern was the water system. Need to install a filtration system to improve smell of water. House could improve in overall by cleaning decks and porches

We had our entire family all 12 of us at this property and Kel could not have possibly been any more professional and pleasant to work with. His beautiful house had plenty of room for all 6 adults with our own bedrooms and private baths. The 6 grandkids, 12-18 had lots and lots of room. The beach was beautiful with hardly anyone around. The golf cart was wonderful for carrying stuff to the beach and back. The pier was so much fun for the kids to fish and the Kayaks were wonderful for the kids. We took lots of sunset pictures down at the dock and made wonderful memories to last the rest of our lives. All of us wanted to stay longer and several of the grandkids actually asked me if they could stay more or certainly again. The town is a friendly small town where everybody seems to either know you or appears to know you. Very friendly. Thanks, Kel for a special vacation in your beautiful home. Every possible amenity was provided. Stay here once and you can't wait to stay again. A Highly Satisfied Customer Bob S.

The rental was cancelled by the host on the morning of check in. We were in a hotel in Atlanta and received a message 8 hours prior to check in. His message said that he double booked and we should go on VRBO to find another rental. We had booked months in advance and had just communicated with him that week about renting his golf cart. We have rented through VRBO for years and have never experienced (or heard of others experiencing) this type of situation. The owner had a very cavalier attitude and seemed unconcerned by how this affected our family.

We really enjoyed our time at Gulf County. The home was clean and stocked with all the necessities. The views of the beach and the lagoon were beautiful. We even saw a dolphin up close from the dock. We also enjoyed the area restaurants and shops. We will definitely come back!
