One Oak Vacation Rental - Lake Charlevoix Area

The spacious three bedroom house welcomed us back every day to wind down after a day of exploring the surrounding area.

Well stocked, very clean, and perfect location for visiting surrounding towns.

Very clean home. Beautiful and peaceful property. It was in close proximity to all of the nearby towns. Very comfortable bed. Even seen a couple deer in the backyard one morning. Would definitely stay here again next time.

The property is beautiful, peaceful and restful. It’s a beautiful respite.

My adult children and their spouses joined us for a long weekend. The house was perfect. There was plenty of space and plenty of everything else we were looking for. The location is somewhat remote but also somewhat perfect. It is quiet and peaceful and only the very loudest boats on Charlevoix Lake are audible. There are TVs everywhere with plenty of WiFi for whatever you want or need. The house is very clean and it was extra handy to be able to utilize the garage when loading/unloading luggage, groceries, and whatnot. There were all the kitchen amenities you would need on a vacation and plenty of hot water. 100% would return.

Myself and 3 others stayed here for a weekend fishing trip. The place was exactly what we were looking for, and it was equipped with more than just essentials which is always a plus. The hosts are very quick with responses if you have any questions or issues. We however, had zero issues ourselves. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to stay near lake charlevoix!

Beautiful home and property! It was such a nice location for visits to Charlevoix and Petoskey. The house was spotless, with a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved being able to relax in the backyard around the fire pit and playing the yard games provided!!!

Very clean and quiet place in the woods.

We truly enjoyed staying in this house. It was in a perfect location to be up north near Charlevoix and Boyne City. We immediately felt welcome and at home The layout is very open and the owner provided everything needed to accommodate our stay. The outside setting is private and park like. We took a short walking trail through the woods in back to enjoy the fresh air and fall colors. We are looking forward to plan a stay again next year.

Our expectations were surpassed once we arrived to the property. It was exceptionally clean, quiet, and convenient. The location is perfect, almost equally situated between Charlevoix, Boyne City, and East Jordan. During the day and night it is quiet which allows for calm and relaxed time with family. Check in and out were simple. Communication with the owner was fast and friendly.

Property and home were both very nice, clean and comfortable. Loved the walking trail and watching the turkeys and deer every morning and at dusk. Close enough to shopping, food & the lake, but plenty of space and privacy at the house. The kitchen was amazingly stocked with everything you could think of!needing!

We loved staying at this property. It was really centrally located to everything we wanted to do (Sailboat ride and downtown Charlevoix, The Landing restaurant, Boyne City, a trip to Mackinac Island etc). The house was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, and had a beautiful yard.

My husband and I stayed at Oak one cabin for a week in July for an upcoming wedding. We were pleasantly surprised that the location offered a close boat launch, cute golf course, biking trails, and the bonus ferry and restaurant 2 miles down the road. We will definitely be back and we put this vacation spot at the top of our list

The house was clean and spacious. The kids enjoyed seeing all of the animals, walking through the woods, and playing in the large yard. The house is stocked nicely. We had a great time.

This home was ideal for our family, including being easy to navigate for a family member using a walker. Being able to park in the garage and the ramp in the garage to get into the house were a big help. Our children enjoyed that the third bedroom now has twin beds instead of a pull-out couch. The home was the most well-appointed of any vacation home we have rented. The owners thought of everything! Convenience to the Ironton Ferry was great. The home was clean and comfortable. We would be glad to stay again!
