One bedroom, hilltop suite - beautiful and private!

Comfortable place, competent hosts with the peaceful private outdoor sitting area and comfortable king size bed being the highlights.

Check in was great! The suite was very nice and clean. Our hosts were prompt and timely in communicating and it was nice to meet them! We enjoyed our stay, it was so quiet and peaceful after a day of sightseeing in beautiful Victoria! The deck and the views were very nice, too bad the weather didn’t cooperate for us to be able to enjoy it! Our only suggestion is to be more open with the fact that there’s 4 steps to go up from the bedroom to the bathroom! For anyone with mobility issues this could be a challenge!

The location was perfect. Quiet area for when we wanted to relax. Would definitely stay there again...hosts answered all our questions and it was very close to all amenities.

The host, Kristian, is a very nice guy. The suite was nice with a large furnished covered deck and a good view. The bed was a comfy king. We used the charcoal BBQ a few times, that was a nice bonus. We used the insuite washer/dryer many times. Easy to find the location with good parking available. I recommend this vacation rental.

A nice quiet place to spend a week. Hosts were awesome and quick to respond to any questions. I would stay here again.

Great place, great price and great stay! Excellent communication from the host and the suite was clean and cozy. Large bedroom and sleeper couch with bedding made for a roomy second bed. We also liked the covered deck and having access to a washer/dryer. Minutes away from Lookout Lake Park - misty and rainy during our visit but would be a great little beach in the summer. Would totally stay here again!

Stay was wonderful. We were given delicious places to go go eat and the area was super clean!

The parking is on the street, so you have to walk the length of the driveway and along a gravel path to the back of the house to entry. The deck overlooking the trees and hills is nice, but deck furniture has seen a lot of use. No stairs outside, but inside there are two steps up to the bathroom and a few stairs down to the bedroom. Which could be an issue if mobility challenged. The water pressure was our biggest issue as it was really difficult to rinse off and the temperature fluctuations hard to regulate. Floor noise from upstairs was also quite noticeable. All in all it served our purpose for our 4 night stay in the area. Very quiet, nice neighborhood , but very dark and a bit of a challenge to find it at night.

We were provided a comfortable stay. Having in suite laundry was an added bonus as we were trying to pack light.

Property is accurately described. The interior was clean, allowed for privacy, and had all the basics. The covered porch area is the highlight. We enjoyed it each evening.

Property was very well kept and the bed was excellent. Could use some more lighting along the side of the house and the hills are steep getting to the property. But all in all we enjoyed our stay!

If you love a quiet, rural, tranquil setting this is the place. It is well equipped with plenty of room. The deck is a nice size with comfortable seating and a great view. It has easy access to Langford, Colwood and Metchosin. The multi-levels could be an issue for some. Would definitely stay here again.

Th apartment is very well kept, clean and had everything we needed. The check in process was easy and did not require contact with the owners upstairs. Parking was easy.

We had a lovely stay. The home was exactly as described and very clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. I appreciated that the kitchen included salt, pepper, and a coffee pot with coffee. The home was in a quiet and picturesque location that was a great homebase to explore Victoria, the Butchart Gardens, Hatley Castle, etc. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio during our downtimes.Communication with the host was easy, as was check-in and check-out.We would happily stay there again!

Very beautiful property, lacked nothing. Could have had an excellent vacation just exploring the surrounding area, lots of nature and good eats.

For what we were looking for, this property was perfect for us. We wanted something quiet and away from busy bustling tourist attractions. It was close to freeways but set in a quiet neighborhood. The only suggestion I would have is put up a blind over the kitchen window. The person sleeping in the living room wakes up to a bright room.

A fully equipped with anything you may need one bedroom suite, separate from the rest of the house. The veranda overlooks the woods and mountain picks in the distance.The house is on a hill in a nice neighbourhood -quiet , and surrounded by nature, with beautiful views of the ocean and the mountains.The hosts go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.We particularly appreciated the fact that on the day of our arrival the host reached out several hours before the check in time, to let us know that the unit is ready and we could check in earlier, if we wanted.

The property was perfect for our short vacation. The location was awesome. The place was clean and quiet.

Lovely view looking out over the valleys

A clean and well equipped suite. On a warmer clear day the view is beautiful. Having the park nearby was great for dog walking.

This is a nice property in a great location, surrounded by trees and some amazing views close by. Owner was very communicative and made it easy to find and access the property. It's very quiet, though you do hear some noise from people upstairs. It was equipped as noted in the listing. There is a bit of oddness to the layout as you go up 2 stairs into the hall area to get to the bathroom, and then down about 4 stairs into the bedroom. Not a big deal if you don't have mobility issues. Our only real complaint was that the mattress was horribly soft and springy, but that's a subjective thing.

My family and I had a great time staying here. Would highly recommend it.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The suite was perfectly appointed and had everything I needed to settle in and enjoy; the hosts have thought of everything! It was spacious and the back deck is a lovely place to enjoy the fresh BC air.

We were very comfortable, had everything we needed and great access to the coast. Small unit but well layed out and well stocked kitchen and bath. Plus, great hosts!

Great location and it was close to our wedding venue. The king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We really appreciated the quiet location so we could recharge between all the wedding events.

Accommodations were exactly as advertised. Everything you can think of for a comfortable stay was stocked and ready. There was no need to run out and buy things like body wash that we forgot because they thought of everything. Clean, easy to access, and clear instructions. I highly reccomend this property for other couples.

Our apartment was wonderful and had all we needed. The hosts were always available and answered our queries immediately. One of the highlights was lounging on the couch on the terrace right outside our door to watch the sun set! The location was also perfect for visiting our son n family in Colwood. Thank you!
