This house was fantastic! Older home with large rooms and bathrooms. We used everything! We cooked at home and kitchen was spacious. We lounged in the hot tub that was very clean. We sat on the porch with the gorgeous river view. We used the firepit for smores and enjoyed the night sky. We went to shows and downtown and the house was so close to everything!!

The location was great. Beautiful view of the River. We loved sitting out on the back porch and just looking at the water. John was great to work with and even offered early check in if we needed it. The beds were really comfortable as well. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because there were spider webs in some of the windows and bathroom and in the area with the hot tub. We cleaned it and tore them down so it didn’t keep us from having a good time. Also, the area to the boat landing and little house was a bit overgrown. Nothing a little bit of landscaping wouldn’t fix. And the house smelled musty. We would have opened the windows and doors to allow some fresh air in but there were no screens so we just bought candles to burn. All in all, it was a very good stay and we would stay here again. I hope this review is helpful. I in no way intend it to be disrespectful to the owner just sharing my honest feedback.

This is our second year to stay a few days in this beautiful home. We, 8 of us this year and 12 last year, just throughly enjoy the location on the river and the proximity to the Gaylord resort. It is so convenient to be able to go back and forth between the house and the venue.

Great location. Beautiful view of the river. Could use another bathroom, but other than that all expectations were exceeded.

Beautiful, well appointed house in a prized location. No better place to have a good old fashioned gathering with the folks. The host even had a beautiful Christmas tree up for us to enjoy! We can't wait to come back for another visit!

This house could not have been more perfect for relaxation. The rooms were spacious and the living room made for the prefect spot to play card games and engage with those cooking. We had a private yoga session at the house and the back porch made for a great spot for serenity as we got to look at the river the whole time. Even though it was hot while we were there, we made good use of the hot tub to help us loosen our muscles. The kitchen had everything we could think of, and more than enough dish and silverware. Two of the members of the group were professional chefs and would not stop raving about the stove. The vintage decor in and around the house made for this house to feel like a home for all us, and we were very sad to leave. Not to mention that this place was only 20 minutes to downtown Nashville, allowing us to escape the party scene and come home to peace and quiet. The next time I come to Nashville I will be booking this house again as it was everything and more then we dreamed it to be.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The location is incredibly convenient, being so close to the airport and just a short drive from downtown Nashville. The decor is absolutely stunning. The house was unique and welcoming. We loved the breathtaking view of the river, which provided a serene backdrop for our mornings and evenings. The house is spacious with plenty of seating and areas you where you can find some quiet time away from the group. My absolute favorites were the butterflies that surrounded the trees in the yard and the owl we heard in the evening. Highly recommend!

What a perfect spot for family of teens and young staff of our family business of dance! We came for a National Dance event held at Gaylord. We could not have been much closer for our constant travels between thr house and Gaylord! Perfect stay, quiet, clean. Thank you for letting us stay at your house!

The most beautiful house. Comfortable bedding. 20 minutes from downtown, quiet neighborhood

My fiance and I saw this beautiful property and knew we had to host our bachelor/bachelorette with our closest friends. WOW were we all blown away, not only by how expansive and scenic the place was, but also by how accommodating the hosts were for the entire experience. Not only did they give daily updates on the river conditions as we were looking into renting the pontoon, but they also allowed my fiancé’s maid of honor to enter the property early to set up decorations. If you are looking for a place that will make everyone’s jaws drop, this is it.
