ON THE SAND!

On the beach in a prime location! Big well stocked kitchen, large family room with extra large TV and seating for 10. 5-bedrooms worked out great - no complaints. Ping pong table in the garage and parking for 2 or 4-cars if you squeeze them in. Close to everything and lots to do - including perfect sand and sun, seals and sea lions. We're booking again for next year.

This house is set up perfectly for extended Family time. The beach is beautiful and uncrowded.

I’m an experienced beach house renter. I’ve vacationed up and down California since I was a kid. Best beach house experience I’ve ever had. I’ll keep it brief to touch on more. Steve is chill, and great at communication. House was clean, and well stocked. All appliances are new, top of the line, and work great. All beds are updated, and really nice. The layout of the house is perfect for a house this size. Tv is new and is placed perfectly. (Where it is mounted, you can easily see it from the kitchen, dining room table, or the couch, at the same time. It is great for movies, and sports, because everyone can watch together.) The shower outside has hot water!! There is a door directly from the outside shower into the downstairs bathroom. The water is fun. The best part of this beach. The pacific is still COLD, but the waves are perfect for play. Great beach for posting up. You drag camp out to the beach, set up shop, and go back and forth with no problems. The beach is empty. Just your crew and the dog walkers. Located in a relaxed, laid back area. Nothing but strawberry fields and military base around you. Just peace and quiet for miles. Hands down, best experience, host, and bang for your buck, I have ever experienced renting a beach house.

I normally do not do reviews, but for Steve I felt I must. The location was great….with plenty of rooms and beds for 2 families to comfortably spend a week. After many years of staying a vacation rental properties, I can honestly say, Steve is quite possibly the best host I have had. Super responsive to questions I had leading up to our stay and check-in/check-out were a breeze. We hope to return soon!

The house was clean. The appliances were wonderful, and the kitchen was well equipped. The large wrap around comfortable couch plus the big screen TV were a big hit with everyone. The sleeping arrangements were great, and the upstairs deck with another large outdoor couch was a great place to sit and watch the waves! The ping pong table in the garage was enjoyed by all. There was ample driveway parking. Steve was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a great week and we look forward to another visit.
