On the River, in Town. Easy Access to Outdoor activities

The home was perfect and everything we needed was there!

This was the 3rd time we have rented this property. Love the space - huge downstairs family room, bedrooms & closets are large (no tripping over your luggage during your stay), the front entryway has plenty of room for shoes, hats, coats and gear for outdoor adventures, and the garage is great for skis and bikes so you don’t have to leave everything on or in your car. The neighborhood great for walking and there is access for a local walking/biking path. You can walk from the house to City Market.We love this property and will rent again next time we are in the Roaring Fork Valley.

The house was well maintained and had everything we needed for a month long stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and the outdoor grill was new. Ample sheets and towels for a group. The neighborhood is well located for access to bike trails, grocery stores and downtown Carbondale. Communication with the owner was easy. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home that is very clean and well appointed. Excellent location and is within walking distance to downtown for restaurants. Also a brand new shopping center just opened with a City Market for grocery shopping. Owners responded quickly to questions and made sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend!

We love the layout of the house with practically two separate spaces. Our grandsons and their parents stay downstairs and the kids can have their own space to play and sleep. We love the back deck which feels like you are in the trees and you hear the river below. The front yard is perfect for outdoor games or you are just a short walk to a lovely park with lots of space for baseball, kickball, football, whatever the kids want to play. There is a path just a few houses away that the kids can take to the water to fish or just throw rocks. It’s really ideal for our needs.

Great house for a group of 8! This was our second stay here. Well stocked kitchen made cooking fun. Loads of room for watching the Super Bowl!

Our group had a wonderful weekend at this property! The rooms were spacious and the space is so cozy plus close to town.

Communication with the owner Linda was outstanding. It really got our stay off to a good start. The house is very clean and spacious and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable. We had nice weather in late February and enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the river.We very much appreciated the honor system of spices etc. -- use what you need and if you tap something replace it. We cooked in all but one night and had no problem having multiple people.in the kitchen and found all the cooking implements we needed.The one night we did go out was fantastic. Brass & Anvil. Its only 1 mile away. They had great presentation of the dishes and huge portions. You could easily split entrees. And most importantly it was super delicious.

This is the second or third time we’ve stayed here visiting nearby family and it’s great. Used the garage for the first time to avoid scraping the car after overnight snow. Just another nice benefit,

Great house. Perfect location. Easy check in and out. The sound from the river and the privacy on the deck was just perfect. I speak for everyone that stayed there with me, it was lovely and will hopefully do it again in ‘25.

This home is wonderful for two families. The kitchen is well stocked. The evaporative cooler kept the house cool in the afternoon and evenings. It was great to hear the River running. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely location in a nice neighborhood. This house, while not new, is beautifully maintained and equipped. It is the best furnished house I have ever rented. It is perfect for a large family gathering. The owners were so nice and comfortable to deal with. It is adjacent to the Crystal River and the sound of running water was such a delight. I forgot and left the garage door open one night and A hungry bear paid a visit. Fortunately, the only damage was a tipped over trashcan and a bit of a mess in the driveway. This was entirely my fault and was avoidable. You, I hope to return to carbondale in the future and would very happily rent this house again!

We have stayed here several times just because it is so perfect! The house is perfect for a family, lots of private space and yet a very lovely deck for outdoor feasting together. We couldn’t ask for a more perfect fit for us. The kitchen is always well stocked with the basics so no need to run out and get all your spices,oils etc. as soon as you check in. The beds are very comfortable, house is well furnished, we love it all!

The house is perfect. It has enough room so 8 guests feel very comfortable. The deck is beautiful and the kitchen is perfect. We cooked and baked quite a bit and it was super comfortable. Very near town so running out for anything you need is easy. Also close to trails and beautiful country. Perfect house and location.
