On the RIVER! Close to ALL attractions- P. Forge-Dolly-Gatlinburg-Le Cont

Everything about this home was amazing. Being able to walk outside and see the lake while it snowed was beautiful. The owners left easy to follow instructions on how to get to the home. My family will definitely be coming back to stay here.

The house was in excellent condition, very clean, nicely and comfortably decorated and conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet and all the homes were well maintained and yards were clean. The overall feeling was a safe and friendly vibe. We would definitely stay here again. So grateful to have found this lovely home for our mini-Christmas vacation!

Everything was as described and I do believe this is my new favorite places to stay. Great location, comfortable, hosts was great.

Close to the parkway but you were in a quite neighborhood and right on the creek. Lots of room and comfortable.

Fully stocked for cooking and cleaning. Games, videos, fishing equip (need hooks).Beautiful setting...just perfect...close to main streets but far enough for peace and quiet.

We enjoyed our weekend girls trip! Especially enjoyed eating on the back porch overlooking the river! It was very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The only thing we missed/needed was a pyrex casserole dish in the kitchen. Great email communication with the host prior to arrival. We did not need to contact her during our stay! Definitely would stay here again!

Beautiful setting next to water and in a quiet neighborhood, but also close enough to Pigeon Forge to easily access lots of fun!

The house was very clean and had everything you could possibly need even salt and pepper. The hostess was very friendly and quickly relied to any questions i had.

This Vrbo was close to everything, but secluded enough to make it very pleasant and peaceful.

The house was fantastic. The location was so beautiful. We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck and watching the ducks and great blue heron on the river. The house was clean and comfortable. We all agreed that we would love to stay again on future visits!

Wow! Pictures don’t do it justice!! Plenty of room!! Great neighborhood not in the middle of the hustle and bustle while close enough to everything. Everything was clean and tidy with decor being minimalist. Communication with host/owner was great! Everything was labeled so need to use was easy!!

This place is amazing. Us and two other couples stay every year for Jeep Invasion and it is alway clean and very well taken care of. It’s conveniently located and has a parking area underneath the house. I highly recommend this place. We book the next year before we leave every year.

Check-in was easy. The property was nice and well stocked. The coffee maker needed to be cleaned as there was still remnants of coffee in the pot and crumbs on the counter.

Fantastic place to stay. Very clean and organized - great location on the river too. Betty even had hairdryer and bathroom essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash) in each bathroom, night lights placed all around, extra blankets/bedding, and some essential kitchen items (like seasonings) that you could use. We will definitely be back again!

We arrived to find everything just as advertised. Check in and check out was effortless. The house was clean and well maintained. The owners are kind and quick to respond. We loved to sit out on the back porch and watch the river roll by. It is centrally located and has quick access to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge. It was just the right size for our family of 5. The king bed in the upstairs master was perfect for my husband and I and with three more beds everyone else got a bed of their own. We would definitely stay again.

My family had a wonderful stay. The home was perfect for my husband and I, our two adult sons and daughter-in-law, and my husband's mother. Everything was clean and comfortable - and the location was perfect.

The house is as advertised with a nice river view off the back porch perfect to start and end the day. The set up was great for our group of of 3 adults and teen with separate space for each. Communication with the owner was easy as was check in.

Our stay was wonderful and the house was perfect for our family. Everyone had sufficient room and the beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect because it was close to everything we did in Pigeon Forge. We definitely would recommend this house for a family stay.

The house has a great location and very roomy and clean. Would definitely stay there again. The only drawback I have is that we were there the first week in December and there were no Christmas decorations in the house. We visit Pigeon Forge the same week every year for the Gatlinburg Christmas parade and we've never stayed in a house that wasn't decorated. If there has been at least a Christmas tree it would have made it so much more festive and cozy. Just a suggestion for

We visited with a group of adults and the home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood next to the river. It was peaceful and renewing.

It was a great weekend. It was so nice and quiet. The only problem we had was we could not get the shower to work in the bathroom with the tub.

No surprises. Everything as described! It was super nice! For us, we basically spent day at Dollywood til closing and just stayed the one night there. Would love to go back with no outside plans just to enjoy it. Would reccomend it highly. We live on the Coosawattee River in North Georgia, so it was very peaceful - like being home!

We had a great visit to Pigeon Forge with our family. We were in town for a wedding and our stay couldn’t have been better. The home was spotlessly clean and perfect for us. The location was great, just out of town but easy to get to the parkway and everything in Pigeon Forge. The river view and walking path were a nice plus. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
