On The New River Newly Renovated 3 bedroom, 1 loft 3.5 bath and dock

We LOVED our stay at the Eden house! It was clean, beautiful, in a good location, and just all around awesome. The owner communication was great. We will definitely look into staying again next time we visit our Marine.

Loved the view off porch and windows inside.the dock was a nice perk. We enjoyed our week exploring the area. Angie answered any questions we had promptly. Loved the house and hope we can plan to come back again.

What a fantastic place to stay. Our family stayed here three weeks. The home was clean and accurately represented in the listing. The location was perfect between our kids who live in base housing and access to the beach. We loved having the wraparound deck and enjoying long mornings sipping on coffee. We cooked a majority of our meals and the kitchen was well stocked with needed utensils. We had many wonderful family dinners around the large dining table.We 100% plan to visit again next summer and want to stay at the same place. Angie, the host was really easy to work with and super sweet. Highly recommend this place for your stay!!

We enjoyed our stay in this sweet farmhouse. The kitchen is well supplied as well as the rest of the house. We spent a lot of time sitting out on the porch enjoying the view. It was the perfect short but sweet get away to visit with local family. Angie was very easy to work with and always promptly responded.

We enjoyed our stay. Especially, the visiting dog Dolly. There was an osprey nest in the back yard. Loved visiting the dock.The rental fee was affordable. I will definitely be returning. I will bring a hairdryer next time.The house was still in the renovation process, Once completed it will be beautiful.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house on the water! The view was absolutely stunning—perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. There was plenty of space for our group, and the layout made it easy to enjoy both indoor and outdoor time. Communication with the host was clear and friendly, and we felt very welcomed. We’ll definitely be booking again in the future—highly recommend this peaceful getaway spot!
