On the doorstep to the National Seashore, Bike Trail Nearby

The house was perfect for our family and friends to gather, and had everything we needed for a great vacation with all the conveniences for a young family to enjoy a week at the beach. The house was cozy and well set-up so everyone could gather or relax and enjoy downtime. With 3 bedrooms downstairs and an upstairs that included 2 bedrooms and a lounge area- there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The large eat-in kitchen was stocked for cooking at home as well as accommodating kids, and was perfect for meals.

We had a wonderful stay! Check in and out was super easy and the house was big, clean and beautiful. Location is so convenient and the facilities were amazing! Our keypad had low battery and the problem was fixed right away. Communication was simple and effective. We hope to stay again. Thank you so much

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this well-equipped lovely home in Eastham, located close to all our favorite beaches, ponds, and restaurants. Lots of room for the whole family to spread out. Comfortable beds and bedrooms; beautiful kitchen and baths. All the comforts, including air conditioning. Easy Wi-Fi access. A large back yard for outdoor games plus a firepit. Lots of puzzles and games for all ages. Perfect weather...perfect house!

Great house with lots of amenities. Close to Nauset Light beach.

Stayed here last week of August '24 with our adult children. Lots of space inside and out for the family to either be together or to have some time alone. Just a couple of minutes from Nauset Light and the waves for boogie boarding, and the Rail Trail entrance is just up the street. Very well equipped home for the size of our party. Definitely would plan to return.

Our stay was spectacular. This house had it all! Great location, ample amount of bedrooms that fit all our needs, and great space for dining, meal prep and playing games! Clean and very hospitable too! We can't wait to come back!

Fantastic comfy home in great location with plenty of room for 8 to 12 person family/friends. Very homey and pleasant home away from home!

Overall this beautiful property and roomy home were wonderful. Fully stocked (and some). The grounds are so pretty. Outdoor seating is wonderful. Only downside that affected us is you can’t use linens (bed sheets and towels) in house unless you fully clean them all before you leave. This is a challenge if you travel by air to bring your own AND if you do have to use there’s not enough time to clean all linens after you sleep on them the night before you leave. We’ve never run into this. Linens being taken care of are always included in cleaning fees. This info should be advertised up front in house listing. Despite this we made due and still enjoyed ourselves in this lovely home. Thank you!

The house location and amenities were ideal for our 3 generation extended family beach vacation on Cape Cod.

The house was great for our family reunion! Walk to the Rail Trail, Nauset Light Beach was a two minute car ride, everything was nearby! The house was super clean and we all never felt crowded-- just comfortable, as it should be!
