Stayed Jun 22, 2025Mark was communicative from the moment we booked the property. He was easy to reach and very understanding of any concerns we had. The home is incredible. It was laid out perfectly for our family of 15. We all enjoyed each other‘s company and rested well in the evenings. The location, being Beachside, is perfect, and having your private access to and from the beach makes it more convenient with small children. Thank you for everything.

Stayed Oct 5, 2024Our family had the best time staying at this location. Check in was great, we were met at the house and shown around just as we were told we would be. The neighborhood is our favorite, we have been staying in this neighborhood for 3 years now! This house was great for our trip this year! We had a wonderful time!

Stayed May 11, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Spiaggia in Destin. We had 13 friends and family stay with us, and the location was perfect. Everyone had a comfortable bed and privacy in this enormous house. The layout was ideal for the 3 families. We were able to have large meals together, yet when the adult kids needed their time apart from the parents, they had their own space on the lower level with a full kitchen and game room. The house was clean upon our arrival, and Mark was there to greet us and review important items during check-in. The process was quick, and communication with Mark was easy via text. The best part of the rental, however, was the private beachfront access. We literally woke up, walked out of the back door, and were on the private beach—beach chairs set up and waiting for us! I will never schlep a bag across the street again to get to the beach! We have been spoiled. We would definitely rent Spiaggia again!

Stayed Feb 14, 2024When we looked at the photos we figured the place was going to be beautiful. It was everything we imagined and more. The views are incredible and the neighborhood is amazing. Since it is a high end gated community we were concerned it may be a hassle getting in and out. It was not at all. We were giving a key code to get in but rarely needed to use it since there was a guard in the shack 90% of the time. As soon as he seen us pull in he had the gate opening already and we received a friendly wave. Check in was smooth and Mark did an excellent job with communication. He made sure we had everything we needed and said he is always just a phone call away. He really went above and beyond. The only minor hiccup was on the first morning we found out there was no hot water on one of the floors. I called Mark and he had someone there in a couple of hours and the problem was fixed immediately. He even offered us a late checkout and extended day for the trouble since they did not have guests coming for a few days after we left. We took him up on the late checkout. The weather didn’t cooperate for us but we knew this was a possibility since we were going in February. Staying here though made up for it and we enjoyed our time very much. Hoping to come back soon. The entire experience could not have been better!
