ON LAKE CHARLEVOIX - 5 MINUTES FROM DOWNTOWN CHARLEVOIX

We had such an incredible stay at this home! It was super spacious with plenty of room for our group of 10 to spread out and relax. One of our favorite parts was the kids’ room—set up with four twin beds, and each bed had its own pack of M&Ms on each pillow. Such a sweet and thoughtful touch!The beach was amazing—huge, soft, sandy, and pretty private. We spent hours out there every day swimming, playing, and relaxing. We even found a bunch of Petoskey stones, which was such a fun surprise. The outdoor patio was dreamy with a large dining table and super comfortable lounge chairs. I loved waking up early, making a cup of coffee, and reading out there while listening to the waves.The location was prime with just a short drive into downtown Charlevoix for restaurants, shops, and ice cream, and also close to Lake Michigan for day trips.Julie, the host, was amazing. She was helpful & quick to respond to anything we needed. She left us a welcome basket full of snacks and goodies for both the adults & kids.The beds were really comfortable and everyone slept great. Water pressure in the bathrooms was excellent. The kitchen was the real standout - hands down the best-stocked rental kitchen we’ve ever experienced, with every tool, gadget, and spice you could need. It made cooking super easy and enjoyable, which is rare when you’re not in your own kitchen.Overall, this place felt like a home away from home—relaxing, beautifully set up, and full of thoughtful details!

As stated, it was a wonderful experience and I would certainly do it again. I’m assuming the plumbing is fixed.

My family and I spent a perfect Michigan summer week at this lovely home. The house is very welcoming and the owner has thought of everything to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our week. The location is great as well. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed (8 of us) at the house over New Year's 2020-21. The house is beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. The main area is open and spacious, so we could all be together, whether in the kitchen, dining area, or on the couches. The entire wall facing the water is window, so the view is fantastic, even in the winter. There is a hot tub on the deck that's great in the winter and I can imagine how much more fun it would be use the beach and the lake in the summer. The four bedrooms (three with king beds) were perfect to accommodate our group. The bedrooms are good size and there are plenty of full baths, too. We had a minor glitch, but the homeowner was on it immediately. Her quick response ensured our stay was not disrupted. It was a memorable stay that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Phenomenal experience. Property was well taken care of and very clean. Views extraordinary and proximity to Charlevoix excellent. Looking forward to going again. Would recommend to others.

Six ladies spent a lovely weekend there dancing, baking, drinking, playing ping pong and badminton and soaking in the hot tub. Clean, as advertised, very pleasant, kitchen was well equipped, sunrise and stargazing was gorgeous. Owner very responsive and helpful. All in all, great time. Thank you!

Amazing trip

My wife, my 3 daughters and I rented this property as a last minute trip before the start of school, and to say it is perfect does it no justice!! The owner was one of the nicest people we’ve met and beyond accommodating!! As an example, my six year old fell in love with a bedroom the owner set up just for small children and after exchanging pix the owner bought her a Dora bedspread out of the kindness of her heart! My wife fell in love with EVERYTHING about the home and location; to the point she wanted to buy it..... this doesn’t happen in VRBO due to the fact we have pretty high standards. We will be renting this property long term next summer..... so I apologize if we take up a huge chunk of a availability but it’s not often you get the combination of such an amazing property and genuine, loving owner.

Beautiful open floor plan with lots of seating for dinner and relaxing! This home is beautifully decorated, all the furniture and bedding are super comfortable plus it has everything board games,kayaks, paddle boards,life jackets for all sizes, lots of beach towels, fire pit, well stocked kitchen with a huge refrigerator. Location is wonderful not even five minutes to town. The view from the patio and hot tub are amazing we loved sitting outside and watching the boats go by. The owner Julie was wonderful and made us feel welcomed and wanted to make sure our stay was great and it was definitely that! Cant wait to stay here again next year!
