A perfect place for my mom and myself to have a girls' getaway. Clean, accessible, with a nicely stocked kitchen. Beds were ready for sleeping with sheets already made, plenty of towels in the bathroom vanities. Walkway to the oceanfront is close and leads to a very nice area that even at high tide has plenty of beach to set up on. Close to the causeway makes store access a breeze ha ha. Excellent host as well! Already booked again for September. FYI this is a very quiet neighborhood with several full time residents close by. Not suitable for a rowdy crowd.

The property owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The property is a very short walking distance from the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we return to Holden Beach.

The ONLY issue I had was with the booking itself. I thought I was reserving the place for two nights and, as it turned out, I only got it for one night. The vrbo booking process wasn't exactly clear, but my fault for sure. Otherwise, the place was great, and Marsha was very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay here. This is a comfortable and convenient house for small groups looking to enjoy Holden Beach. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the sound, the proximity to restaurants and shops, and the super quick walk to the beach via private access. The outdoor shower is incredible. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and appliances, and we appreciated the clean gas grill with a full propane tank. We hope to be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ms Marsha’s place. It was well equipped and a great location.Just a short walk to the beach. It was very clean and accommodated us well! We would stay again!

Overall it was an enjoyable stay. We had a short walk to the beach and it was a quiet stay overall. Definitely meant for 6 people and not 8 (advertised for 8) it works for 8 if you bring a blow up/sleep on couch(es). Property own was out of town and thankful that they had a back up number in town to be able to get into the house as we received the code after our check in time. Overall a good stay and would stay again
