The bungalow can accommodate a maximum of ten adults, and two children (12 guests total). For reservations exceeding ten people, we prepare two additional single beds in the basement.

We do not allow parties, events or 'gatherings' of any kind. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the house rules, please inquire before booking.

Pets are subject to approval and MUST be registered.

For your safety and security, exterior cameras are installed around the property.

We have a Minut noise sensor inside the home. The noise sensor does NOT record any audio/video, or store any information. The neighbours are sensitive to noise and having a sensor allows us as the hosts and you as the guests to uphold the quiet and quaint values of the neighbourhood. Should your group set off the noise monitor (particularly after 11PM), you'll get a quick note from us letting you know. We want to avoid any issues that might escalate.
