On Bike Path, Walk to Coffee/Brewery, Room For Your Family, BBQ Grill on Porch

Fantastic week. With the unseasonably warm temps we were glad to see the cooling tips included in the booklet.

Great place!!!

We loved our stay here. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient to every thing we needed. Several comments were made about how well stocked the kitchen was. I would highly recommend this place. If we have opportunity to return, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Everything was great at the condo. We will be staying again in the future.

The location to Salida and Monarch Mountain worked well for our stay. The condo is cozy and a nice home away from home. We enjoyed a nice walk on the path, which is right outside the condo, to a local cafe. There is plenty of parking, either the garage, the driveway, or gravel parking. However, if you have a larger vehicle, space is very limited. We enjoyed our stay and would considering staying here again.

Wonderful location. Easy access into Salida and down to the Valley. Bike path into Salida was safe and easy. Walked to coffee at Herks Werks. Wedding in Villa Grove was a blast. Easy to find and what a beautiful drive! Thanks!

This was our third time to stay here. Great location. Very clean and well stocked.

This was our second stay at this property for us two couples. We each had our own bedrooms & baths with plenty of space to do our own things if wanted. Everything is as described and wonderful. The winery across the street has changed to a brewery, so there are now two breweries within walking distance. Many conveniences at this location. Everything was great from the description to the property managers. Thank you for another wonderful stay and memories.

The place was very nice and clean. A little difficult to find but the manager sends detailed directions. Parking is very limited. But overall the property was clean and the manager was very accommodating.

We had a great stay at this place! Came up for a family friend’s wedding, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It’s conveniently located — close to town but still peaceful and private. It comfortably slept our whole group, and we loved having space to relax and spend time together. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time and will return again. Would appreciate you taking a look at the grill as the start button was finicky and wouldn't ignite. Thanks.

Our family of 5 stayed over Memorial Day weekend. Great location for whitewater rafting, visiting Salida and Mount Princeton hot springs. Our only regret was not having more time to visit elevation brewing which is so close. Will definitely look to rebook if we return to Salida or go to Monarch

We couldn't have been happier with this place, and the location.

Great townhome on a quiet street. Easy walk to grocery store, restaurants, winery and brewery. Split our time between skiing, disc golf, arts, and the brewery, our trip was shorter than initially intended but will return for a weeklong adventure in the future. Cute decorations and everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
