Great location ! Loved over looking the beach area. It was chilly at night so we had a fire in the fireplace every night. Enjoyed that so much. Beds were comfortable and accomplished all 10 of us. Hope to return!!!!

This property is outstanding! So many nice touches like hammocks, lots of family friendly games (ping pong, darts, giant scrabble) and a spacious deck allowed our group to spread out. We did not realize one of the bedrooms is a loft so the folks who slept there didn't get much sleep due to noise below but that was our only issue. Otherwise, a wonderful place for our family. Dusty was also very responsive to our questions prior to checkin.

Our family of 10 - 6 adults & 4 children have enjoyed this house for extended weekends the past two years. Planning to stay here again next year. Location near the beach club works great for us with grandchildren. Love the new walkway path to the beach. The kitchen/living areas are a little smaller than some other houses (as some have mentioned in other reviews). But that didn't stop us from cooking all meals and spending time together. The downstair game room and outside areas are a great plus. Dusty is very responsive to any issues that might arise. Thanks for sharing your home with our family.

This house is great overall. It backs up to the beach area, and there is a path to get there, but it's hard for little ones and old folks since it's steep. The owner had a baby gate, but we had ours too, since there are 2 sets of stairs. Two of the twin beds are located on a loft, so noise in the living area was a concern. There is a fireplace, grill, and fire pit on the beautiful deck, but remember to bring a fire stick. There are 2 dining tables - one in the kitchen and another on the screened-in porch. Parking was fine for 3 large SUVs.Communication with the owner was great.

First I just want to say the owner is great and very responsive! We found a water leak and the plumber was there ASAP. Second the house is def smaller than it says. If it would have been cold it def wasn’t big enough for all 13 of us to congregate in the main living area but it wasn’t so we were only there in the evening so it worked out well for us. Cooking was hard as there isn’t a lot of counter space. Location is fantastic and having the beach just a walk down the hill.

We loved everything about this house! Location, cleanliness, nearby activities, the view, the golf course, hiking trails…etc. I could go on and on about how wonderful everything was! Dusty provided tons of information before we arrived and was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Big Canoe and have already started discussing when we will go back!

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and completely as described. It was well stocked with anything you could need. My children loved the game room and said the beds were the most comfortable out of any rental they’ve stayed in. My favorite spot was the hammock on the upper deck. Dusty was great to work with, and communication was fast and efficient. Would love to stay again! At first glance the driveway can seem daunting, but don’t panic! I drive a 15 passenger, extended rear, tall roof Ford Transit, and it navigated it with no problem!

We had a wonderful time. The view is nice, overlooking the beach area, pool and clubhouse. I imagine it would be lively in the summer months, but it was quiet this weekend. The gathering rooms are smaller than the photos indicated but it worked for us since a third of our crew couldn’t come. Unfortunately, it’s too small to rent again with our whole family. We really loved it! Thank you!

Perfect setting for extended family. Beautiful views. Location was great - adjacent to Big Canoe Beach Club. Kids loved the beach, lake and pool area. House was well equipped. Lots of games, activities, etc. to keep everyone entertained. Access to the lake (beach club) is very steep. Younger folks managed the trek with no issues. Comfortable beds, plenty of linens & beach towels. House had lots of spaces to relax and spend time together.

The house was well appointed. we had our evening meals here because of the abundant seating. the kids loved the games on the lower level. Great time was had by all!
