We had a lovely family weekend: grandmother, adult daughter and family, and adult son. The house was comfortable with activities for all ages. The beach access was easy and provided additional fun.The property was secluded with gorgeous views from nearly every room. Owners were responsive when questions came up.We would definitely come back. Saw

The house easily accommodated my wife and I plus our 4 kids. The owner’s communication was excellent and I really appreciate them noting the police presence watching for speeding on 101!The house was clean and as advertised. I would definitely stay again.

This property is large and very clean. The host is very responsive and friendly. Lots of room for guests to spread out. The property is well appointed and the kitchen has a lot of basics…spices, oil, Saran Wrap, etc. The location is in a quiet area of Hood Canal. The view from the property is stellar. The deck, which is the best feature of the property needs some attention. It needs to be refinished as paint is peeling and there are warped boards. That didn’t stop us from enjoying it though, we just made sure we always wore shoes. I would recommend this property to a friend.

We really enjoyed ourselves. Our suggestions are to do some safety upgrades (deck has missing panel on rail and wood is rotten in places), more plates and towels (6 each was not enough), and basic maintenance (leak under sink, towel rack falling off wall, mildew in shower, screen bent in dining room window so we couldn’t open without bugs coming in…etc.) All this was reported and was told it would be fixed. I hope safety issues are fixed before little ones go out on deck. Again, thank you for sharing your home.

The house has lots of room, great views, and was very peaceful and quiet. It rained a lot while we were there, which was nice and made the house feel even more cozy. The owner was very responsive and kind.

The photos of the property are old and very very misleading!! The outside landscape is in desperate need of maintenance. Inside of property needs a very thorough cleaning, beginning with toilets. Outside of refrigerator needs cleaning as does the stove and inside of the oven. Floor around the refrigerator needs cleaning. Amenities.... TV in living room is the only one that has any kind of service provided. The TV's in bedrooms are for playing DVDs only. No air-conditioning in the bedroom off of the gameroom or upstairs loft area. Asked the host about it and was told there were fans in the closet to use. Shower in Master bedroom was horrible. Hardly any water pressure. Very outdated! Washer and dryer was located in a bedroom closet and the washer had an odor. Needless to say we did no laundry. Also, space was limited in the bedroom. There were seven towels and three wash cloths. There were five of us. I guess we were expected to share the wash cloths. All in all very disappointed!

Would stay again great location but needs a little TLC Needs some serious deck maintenance, ground maintenance compared to pictures in advertising is lacking. Safety issue with Mr Coffee, the coffee pot does not turn off automatically. Hot water runs out quickly.

Overall nice place with great location. Clean. Only minor thing was lack of a few amenities like few bathroom towels, only one wash cloth, ran out of paper towels, no wine or cocktail glasses. Thats an easy fix. Otherwise it is nice inside and would stay again.
