Stayed Jul 12, 2024My son was performing in the Blue Knights. Location worked out great. Window air conditioners and fans helped keep us cool with 100+ temps.

Stayed Jul 16, 2024Friends and I decided to take a trip to Colorado. First stop...Fort Collins. This property has unlimited free on street parking right in front and is in walking distance to Old Town. The place was clean and had window air conditioners to keep us cool. There was great communication between the owner and myself from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this location for anyone who wants a great place to stay in a convenient location!

Stayed Jun 27, 2024Great location, clean house, nice amenities. There's no central ac so it was very hot when we checked in, but after running the wall units and using the fans provided, we got the house to a comfortable temperature. The host is very responsive as well.

Stayed May 23, 2024Great location, iconic Old Town property, ample room,. Didn’t know it was an upstairs apartment in a multi unit house, but it worked well for my adult kids & me. Parking a challenge at times.
