The Tv was very hard to 0perate. The pool needed a railing to help get in and out.

We cannot say enough good things about this house. We have been renting for many years in the old Naples area and this was by far the best property it has been our pleasure to rent. Beautiful, spacious, modern, clean and comfortable, extremely well-stocked, great pool and in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood close to the beach. Not a single complaint! Larry was an excellent host and we hope to return many times! Paul & Linda.

Our stay was absolute perfection! Larry, our host, could not have been better. We had zero issues but any questions we had he was quick to answer. The home is immaculately maintained and stocked with whatever you may need. This includes pots, pans,plates, utensils. Plenty of sheets, towels. The pool area was gorgeous. The location was perfection. Walked to 5th ave every morning for Starbucks and every night for dinner. This home was simply awesome! You will not find a better place in Old Naples.

The house is very much as advertised, is well outfitted and in an outstanding location. The host was always readily available. We will definitely return in the future.

Excellent property, very clean and exceptionally well appointed.

Excellent vacation and would recommend to others to consider this rental. Very spacious inside with large bright windows spreading sunlight and warmth in the main areas. Kitchen well equipped with all you need and further equipment can be found in the garage from bicycles to beach chairs to cleaning equipment. I wanted for nothing as everything was available. Outdoor area around pool was perfect and the pool itself was the best feature. The mosquitoes are for sure a pain and annoying, but that is Florida and nothing Larry can do about that. Relaxing and beautiful vacation home which is about 5 mins walk to the beach and easy driving distance of many good dining places. Larry was an excellent host and very friendly. Will for sure return again as it ticked all my needs.

First of all, Larry is a superb and friendly and very responsive host. Truth is, the home is so well planned that we only communicated with Larry once or twice over a full 3-week stay. Second, to moment you walk into the home, you know you are in for a special treat. The home is an open-design, and you can see the pool, living room, kitchen, sitting area all just as you walk in. It is incredibly clean and surprisingly stocked with everything you could need, plus lots of extras. There are enough towels, sheets, blankets, pillows for a small hotel, more than anyone would ever use. It's only a 2-minute bike ride to the beach for sunsets. And there are beach chairs, 3 great bikes, beach toys, all kinds of things to have fun at the beach all in the garage. I would recommend this property to anyone.
