Host was very responsive and nice. House was everything it was supposed to be. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Very welcoming. Many extras, kitchen had many utensils/dublicates. Lots and lots of towels for pool. Heated pool and spa were enjoyed by all 7 of us. Great visit in this spacous home. Having 2 kitchens and 2 refrigerators and 2 laundry areas was a big plus. This was a wonderful family visit. Would definitely come back again.

The house was perfect for our families vacation, very accommodating for a decent size family. The house was very clean and had all the supplies we needed. The host Chris was very easy to communicate with not that we had any issues but definitely made himself accessible. I would definitely go back to this house!

Great place to stay. Perfect accommodations for our family vacation. Especially appreciated having access to beach and pool supplies since we flew to FL. Hope to stay there again on our next visit!

The pool and hot tub were great! It was unfortunate that during our stay they were doing our street. It was loud starting at 7am and throughout the day. Chris the property manager was apologetic and even refund us a night. The house had two washers and dryers which was amazing. The house also had an abundance of beach chairs and towels. The dishwasher didn’t work so it was a bummer to have to wash everything by hand. Let me tell you with 8 people there were a lot of dishes to have to wash each day. Also the second fridge the freezer didn’t work and the fridge kept things mildly cold. It was a quick drive to the beach so that was nice.

This was our 3rd year in this property. We enjoy the space, very clean & well equipped. Our grandchildren love the pool.

Overall, great space for family vacation. Hot tub was wonderful and plenty of space for everyone to spread out.

Property suited our needs exactly. It was very well stocked and marvelous location. The weather was great which allowed us to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Construction was noisy on the street and next door but that was not anyone's fault. Wondered why the ad said free heated pool and hot tub and they then asked us to pay when we arrived. Will definitely try to rent again.

The house was excellent for us with 4 adults and 2 kids. Chris' place has everything you need with a great layout and every tool, utensil you'll need for your stay, including 2 washing machines. The pool and hot tub worked really well during our stay and the kids loved the outdoor space. The home is also very close, within a 5min drive, to the Naples beaches and is very central for shopping, groceries, golf and everywhere else you may need to get around Naples. We only had a couple of minor issues during our stay that didn't impact us, with one of the mattresses being a little old/sinking in the center, and one of the washing machines that needed to be cleaned. Chris was very responsive when we reached out with any questions. We'll definitely look to come back in the future!

The 4 Br /4Bth house was perfect! Whatever you needed it was available! The house, the pool and the location were just fantastic! I was an Assistant Agriculture Agent here in 1966. Population 6500. The city as done a marvelous job building Naples! Hat’s off! Uncle Julio’s was remarkable as was Seasons 52. Great time! Weather was hot! Will go in Spring or Fall next time!

This property was exceptional. It was large, very clean, and had everything we could have possibly needed. The owner has thought of everything. The location was great - very close to the beach and central to many activities. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay in Naples.
