Close to restaurants and airport. Would definitely stay again. Communication was great. pool area was the best part of the house

We rented this house for almost 6 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hot tub with nearby fireplace was amazing. The entire outdoor space was fantastic (pool with built in table and umbrella along with speaker system and tv). The detailed instructions on how to operate everything was great. Loved the rainfall shower in the master suite. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Owner communicated well advising when pool or hot tub maintenance was happening. Excellent checking in/out.

We were very happy with this location and home. Very classy ownership and property management that thought of everything in terms of detail. The backyard was a pure joy and well laid out. We basically did not want to go anywhere at times. Very solid option.

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have been happier with this property. The outdoor space was outstanding—beautiful pool, hot tub, fireplace, and total privacy. The house itself was immaculate, thoughtfully laid out, and nicely decorated. Everything was spotless and clearly well cared for.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made the stay even easier. The home is on a very quiet street, yet just about 10 minutes from everything Scottsdale has to offer—perfect balance of peace and convenience.We were very happy with our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to others.

Really an awesome stay at a very reasonable price. Convent location for my son’s soccer tournament and enjoying the Scottsdale area when we weren’t at the fields. The backyard area was incredible, we loved the hot tub. The owner seemed to think of every possible need and amenity inside also. I hope to rebook this one if we make it to the area again.

What a great vacation we had in Scottsdale! This house is fantastic! The pool and hot tub area is amazing! House is very roomy and very clean. Master BR is huge! Hosts have thought of everything you might need and communication was great! Everywhere we wanted to go seemed to be 2-3 miles away. Stores, great restaurants, even the casino is convenient to get to. We enjoyed EVO and Hand-Cut Chophouse. Great food at reasonable prices! We will go back and would stay at this house again any time!

Great outdoor vibe. The speakers and the TV were nice. Loved the king-sized beds. Appreciated that the toilets were in rooms with doors so that others could get ready at the same time. The detailed instructions along with pictures were very helpful. Great communication prior to, while present and after our departure! Overall, we made some great memories and loved this rental!

This is the 2nd time we booked this location. Kee is a fantastic host and very responsive. The location is excellent and the house is amazing, not to mention the awesome pool and hot tub! This is a must book.

We enjoyed our stay. The backyard oasis is definitely the highlight of the home. The location gave us easy access to the surrounding areas. The beds are very hard in case that's an issue for you, but we made do. The host was exceptional!

The house we originally rented had serious plumbing issues. The manager asked us to be patient. He couldn't find a plumber on a Sunday so he put us in a larger property across the street. The replacement house had a larger pool. Unfortunately it was 112 degrees so swimming was impossible. By the time the temperature dropped, so did the water temperature in the pool. We had a great trip anyway and sppreciated that the manager responded to our issues in a timely manner. We would rent from him again. Everything in the replacement house worked perfectly.

Everything was great! Clean, organized, user friendly! All the amenities were exactly as stated. Plenty of room for our family! Host supplied plenty of pool towels, which is usually an issue! Host was responsive and accommodating! We would stay again!

We stayed at this beautiful property over memorial weekend and would definitely stay again! The home was exactly as pictured and the backyard space did not disappoint! It was why we chose this particular home. The proximity to old town Scottsdale and restaurants were perfect and the neighborhood was peaceful and safe. The ease of check in and out process was great and the home had everything we needed. Property management was quick with responses and provided an excellent experience! 10 out of 10 recommend!

We stayed at this property to celebrate my son’s graduation from High School.The house was clean, the outside area is perfect for relaxing by the pool. The water features and pool area make it feel like a resort! The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The area is convenient. I would definitely recommend!

The space inside and outside is wonderful for visiting with friends. The property manager was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We had a minor issue late in the evening and he answered and addressed it quickly.

The home was absolutely beautiful. Extremely clean and all areas of inside and outside very well-maintained. Contact with seamless and all my coincidence were answered quickly and efficiently. I absolutely love one. A vacation home has instructions for everything so you’re not left wondering or doing anything you’re not supposed to. There was instructions and guides for every area of the home and that was absolutely amazing. we had a wonderful time and we will return again.

Came here for a girls weekend (ages 37-42) and can’t say enough good things about this property. It was as advertised, stunning backyard, and had everything you could need for a home away from home. The location is perfect, short (under 10 min) drive to the fashion mall and old town districts and under 20 mins to the other activities we did (Camelback mnt and the spa at The Fairmont). Would absolutely stay again, thank you!

This house was perfect for our family vacation with our granddaughter and family. House extremely well maintained and well stocked! 3 king beds were ideal. Great location 10 minutes from downtown Scottsdale. Pool was beautiful but we didn’t use it, since weather was in 60’s. We never had any issue,.,. Thanks Kee!

The home is very well appointed and in a really nice neighborhood in Old Scottdale, close to shopping and restaurants. The pool and backyard area are really nice and the interior of the home is in really great condition and with everything you might need for your family. The neighborhood is really quiet and very safe (my daughter and I went out daily for a one hour walk and the area felt super safe and has sidewalks). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This house was in a great location. It was very clean. Everything was labeled and there were instructions on how to use everything. Everything worked the way it should which usually isn’t the case with rentals. It was perfect.
