Stayed Mar 18, 2026This is a great property for our family getaway over spring break. The separation of the downstairs bedroom allowed for our teens to have their own space which was perfect. The location is awesome where you can walk or take golf carts everywhere. It’s really close to Trout Street, Sip Yard and beach access. We were surprised by a small cemetery that’s located on the lot behind the property, but thankfully it didn’t bother the kids. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 30, 2025Perfect location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The Sip Yard was a cool little spot to spend on Friday night. And we're sure pretty sure John Quiñones was staying next door. We were waiting for a What would you do, moment when we were out. Overall a perfect place to stay.
